We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the room change, especially after you had planned your trip around staying near your other families. We understand how disappointing that must have been so close to arrival. We’re grateful to hear that our management team and host were responsive and did their best to make the transition as smooth as possible, and that the new room was a suitable alternative. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bathrooms and will share it with our housekeeping team to help ensure greater attention to detail moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that several aspects of the resort impacted your stay. We understand how important convenience and accessibility are during a beach vacation, especially when traveling with beach gear, using the amenities, or staying on a higher floor. Many of the concerns you mentioned, including pool area rules, beach access procedures, gym hours, and elevator availability, are managed by the resort and are in place for the safety and operation of the community. That said, we completely understand how these policies and temporary facility issues can affect the overall guest experience. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the elevators and amenities, as these are important factors for future guests to be aware of. We're sorry that the resort did not provide the experience you were hoping for, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective so we can continue to set expectations and improve where we can. Thank you for staying with us.
