Love staying at north beach resort, always clean, spacious pools, I could go on and on. And the customer service with itrips is top notch!

Great place to stay

This was our second time at north beach resort but first time with itrip. It was so easy to pick up the keys and beach tags - the office was very close to north beach resort. The unit was clean and very large. My family really enjoyed our stay here.

The view is outstanding. The beds are comfy. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The pools and beach are fantastic. Everything is convenient but a little pricey and food at the resort is limited. We drove out for food and I brought a huge pasta casserole that I baked night one and folks could pick on it. Plus DoorDash.

Amazing condo!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Check in was a breeze, getting into our unit was easy, and the unit was absolutely amazing! So nice and spacious, plenty of room for our family, and very clean!!!

Perfect family beach vacation

We stayed in this 3 bedroom condo for a week in late July. It was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, prepared, and well organized for us. The check-in process was very smooth and convenient (the office was right down the road from the condo). We’ve stayed at this resort 3-4 times, and this trip was the best yet! I would highly recommend this condo and iTrip Vacations to anyone who asks!

Have been vacationing in the area for years. This was our first time at North Beach Resort and we loved it. We love the Barefoot area so it was extremely convenient. We want to stay on the beach but have pools and other amenities so this was perfect. We always rent a condo and missed the convenience of snack bars, all the amenities offered here and the pools! Will be staying at North Beach again next summer. We had the best time. It was the perfect location for our family. Our condo location right over the pools was the best.

More than expected

Our stay at the North Beach Towers was everything we expected, and more. The description of the property certainly contributed to our selection of this property for our vacation. However, we found the property to be even better than described. Outstanding would be the appropriate way to describe the property and our stay.

Our stay was great! Very clean and spacious. The only item, the coffee pot was not brewing? Might need to get a new one. But that is so minor compared to our fantastic stay!

Great unit!

Property was clean and beautiful. Only complaint would be having a check-in time of 4 and office closing at 5. Not ideal when traveling 10 hours. Somewhat hard to be in a 1 hour window with traffic etc.. Yes—an after hours pickup was provided; however, going back the next day to sign a form seemed like a waste. Otherwise excellent stay

Just to clarify for future guests: The one-hour “office window” is simply for guests who haven’t requested an early arrival or late check-in. It’s rarely needed, since we begin releasing properties as soon as they’re ready. In your case, your unit was released at 1:42 p.m., well before the standard 4 p.m. check-in time, and you were welcome to arrive any time after that. We also have a responsibility to our property owners to verify all arrivals in person — this helps prevent underage check-ins and protect against potential fraud. The quick form signing ensures everything is properly documented and keeps both our guests and owners secure. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to welcome you back!

Beautiful

Condo is beautiful! Pictures make it look bigger than it actually is but still great. It was just me and my husband and I think it would be crowded with 8 people… but if you are out and about during the day you wouldn’t notice.Well worth the money!

Room was not swept, balcony wasn’t swept and had toenails by the chairs. One bathroom had poop splash around the rim. After we cleaned everything and swept the room and balcony the rest of the stay was pretty good. Fire the cleaning crew

We have to say that we're surprised by this review given our direct communication during your stay. The only concern you reported was the balcony, which we immediately addressed by alerting our cleaners. You even told us you had already swept it yourself, then sent us a photo. At no point did you mention any issues with the bathroom, toilet, or interior cleanliness. We are confident in our cleaning standards and would have promptly sent the team back had those concerns been raised while you were here. Instead, your messages to us were polite and positive, making this review inconsistent with the experience we worked hard to provide. Finally, suggesting that a cleaning team lose their livelihood over an exterior balcony not being swept is an outrageous and disproportionate response. Our staff work hard to maintain high standards, and while minor oversights can happen, we address them quickly and respectfully.

Fantastic North Myrtle Resort style condo

We absolutely loved our experience at Windy Hill! The condo was gorgeous, the view spectacular. The resort style pool was beautiful and a lot of fun. Beach there was great. We loved that you could walk to Barefoot Landing for restaurants, shops, bars. We did have some issues with minor things that were supposed to be in the condo on arrival and were not, so housekeeping was a small issue but nothing to change our opinion about the experience. We would definitely return.
