We loved our stay! The house was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our family vacation. The location was fantastic, close to the all of the shops and local attractions. Upstay was very responsive and helpful, providing quick responses to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the house. My only complaint was the dirty carpet. Everything else was GREAT

Regarding the carpet, as with most high-traffic vacation homes, some normal wear and tear is expected over time. I enjoyed my trip. I was just disappointed that the carpet was extremely dirty and the house was not swept in the living room so my guest had to sweep on the first night of revival. I really do appreciate the communication every time I emailed there was a response so I really do appreciate the communication I would give that five stars. The only thing was disappointed was the cleanliness lack there of from the last guest.

We all loved the house it was something to do parking was easy only thing game didn’t work jacuzzi didn’t get hot pool didn’t warm and there were no bathing rags only towels

At first glance, I was unhappy. Dirty rugs, dirty clothes left in closet, and two lounger chairs on patio for 12 people. The communication with property management was awesome! They answered every email, text and phone call. They ordered two extra lounge chairs for us. They came quickly when the pool heat was not working. The only problem was that we did not have heat the first full day and then had to add an extra day and I wish they had given it to us complementary but we had to pay 120 for that last day. The rooms were spacious bathrooms in every room, which was a plus. The only thing that mattered to us was that the kids had a great time. We are not a family who goes to the parks every day we like to enjoy the pool so I wish they would gear toward that audience. It was kind of far away from the places we like to go so we would probably not go back next year, but all in all it was a good experience

Reach the house on the first day and it was not ready house wasn’t ready until 4:30 or so there wasn’t any washcloths only towels and hand towels the master bedroom downstairs smelled like piss needs to be cleaned by the bed area lights didn’t work in the pool area or the jacuzzi the beds was really low and uncomfortable which made all of our elderly very uncomfortable and should have comforter sets on the beds and not only sheets

Funeral/spring break

Deposit for stay should have been paid at time of booking not at time of check in or on the way, we were driving 10 hrs it made things difficult.. Pool/hot tub took forever to get calibrated to correct temp. But once set it was amazing.. the tvs all didnt want to work took 3 days to get them to work, and we had to use our own passwords. Resort amenities were not the greatest..only a 3 ft pool and cold, and cold hot tub. Does have play ground, sandy volleyball net. Should have been told where to put the trash.
