Overall the place met expectations. We have stayed in the area a few times before and always pick places with beachfront views and easy access to the sand. Pool was empty each time we used it and beach always had room to spread out. Unit was stocked well and comfortable. My warning is for anyone traveling with small children: the railing are not to current code. We were given a gate to block off the balcony but since it is in the middle of two stairways on the 3rd floor we had to be very careful with the kids walking to the room along the exterior railings.

Stay was everything we'd hoped. All went according to plan and super smooth. Unit was perfect for our party. Amazing sunsets every night from the balcony. Clean and well kept. Communication with host and property manager was seamless. Only 2 negatives...3 flights of stairs to access unit (no elevator) and beach wasn't the best for swimming...but would stay again.

I would book again just for the views from the lanai! Convenient location to explore the full island and the property looks exactly like the listing. Well stocked with everything that we needed.

Great place!!

Best place ever to stay in Kihei. This condo has every convenience of home that you could ever want, and is right off the beach. BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!

We sometimes find it hard to go out exploring as relaxing on the lanai with the ocean view just anchors us there. Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but I got it now! Perfect stay!

Close to everything, but yet all you need is the balcony! Great place to stay and all the beach “extras” you usually can bring in the car! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location right on the water. Close to lots of amenities. This is our third stay here.

Property owner was very responsive to minor questions we had. Condo is in a great location and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

The location of unit is great. It is directly on the beach with spectacular views, particularly at sunset. There were some issues with the keys at check in and a leaking a/c unit but the management company quickly resolved the issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and lool forward to returning sometime soon.

Great family condo right on the beach!

The property is right on the beach! We had everything we needed and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants.

This unit was exactly as described and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling on the outside grill. While there was a pool downstairs, we opted for a swim in the ocean - the beach is a 1 min walk.we spend a week exploring the island and loved having a balcony to eat breakfast and dinner (while watching the sunset).

Amazing Sunsets

This was a great place to stay, it had everything that we could have wanted and was very clean. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants, plenty of beach gear to use during your stay, and you cannot beat the sunsets on the Lanai and morning swims at the beach!

Hope that's not a bad thing LOL. I'm so glad you found all you "could ever need" for an amazing stay. There is so much to see and do on Maui, our central location helps cut down on travel time and usually avoids the high traffic areas. Hope you will visit again. Mahalo.

we met our adult daughter in Maui so the 2 bedroom set up was perfect. Location was wonderful

We loved it; so quiet, right on the beach, near restaurants. Sitting on the balcony every night watching the sun set. You can hear the ocean. We can't wait to go back

Perfect beach stay

This was a perfect spot for our family of four. Everything was clean and the view is amazing. We had a blast in the small pool as well as enjoying the beach from the lanai. Condo was well stocked and lots of checks to make sure we had what we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely stunning sunsets.

Loved everything about it! We were able to see whales from our lanai and the most beautiful sunsets. The condo was clean and well managed.

Home away from home!

This condo has absolutely everything you might need! Kitchen is beautifully equipped, the livingroom is SO comfortable, with a great TV, and you can watch the whales from the balcony! We loved it 😁
