Beautiful but basic

The condo had a beautiful view but was very basic. It was clean and close to town. Recommend getting a 4 wheel drive due to the steep hill.

Beautiful view great size for couples

The view was lovely. We enjoyed the sunsets, hummingbirds and parakeets we saw from our porch. The location was outside the hustle and bustle (which was perfect for us) but close enough to walk to town. The hill its on is quite steep however so recommend you have a 4 wheel drive or strong legs.

St. John stay

Wished it was a bit cleaner, better maintained. Had what we needed and communication was great with host. I loved the small cooler for drinks. Parking was too far and things just need to be maintained better. We only used 1 beach chair the others were all rusted.

Poor accommodation and terrible bed

The property does not match the presentation. There is no pool in sight. It is impossible to cook on a hot plate, and the bed is small, twin size, and old mattress. The living room is pretty squalid. The only good part is the balcony (we were below other guests). The road to the house is very steep.

You are staying here for the views

If you stay here, it is for the million views. Property itself is dated and need of some maintenance. But the full length covered porch has the views. For coffee in the morning to watching the sunset in the evening, that’s what makes this place. The location is just behind “Heavenly Villas” you can locate in Google. Has a big shower, small galley kitchen, meaning microwave and hotplate, but does have an outdoor grill. Small full size mattress, they should put in a queen, means my feet hang off the bed. Simple living room. Peeling paint, some rusty windows etc. Need a 4x4 rig to access as the driveways in St John are very steep. If you are just treating as a home base and are out all day, and come home for the sunsets, then this will work great.

Very nice BUT....

We had originally booked a smaller unit. Due to maintenance issues, we were upgraded to a larger unit at no cost to us. Thank you for that. It really was a beautiful unit. I had two issues that I hope you will address. 1. The road to access this property is a 75-degree steep steep hill. You need to inform people that they will need a 4 wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle to get to it. e spent many days spinning our tires trying to make it up the hill. Had we known in advance we would have rented a different vehicle. 2. Washer and Dryer included. Yes indeed. If you are willing to walk into a very scary crawl space and walk on plywood boards to access them. Once we saw that and where they were, there was no way anyone in their right mind would use the washer and dryer. We used a laundromat in town. You really need to be more clear in your description because you made it sound like there was a washer dryer IN the units. Other than those two items, we had a lovely stay. Thank you
