Hello Michael, I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We always want our guests to have a great experience, so it’s disappointing to read that we fell short. I did want to clarify that the home has six beds of various sizes across the five bedrooms, plus two sofa beds that convert into four twin beds—one in the game room and one in the living room by the entrance—as well as a futon in the game room by the fireplace. We do our best to accurately describe the sleeping arrangements so guests know what to expect. I also wish I had known about the air conditioning during your stay. Had you reached out, I would have gladly sent someone over right away to inspect and resolve the issue. As soon as I read your review, I arranged for it to be checked. We haven’t had previous reports of an AC problem, and we currently have guests staying at the property as well. One tip we often share with larger groups is to avoid leaving exterior doors open for extended periods, especially on very hot days, as it can make it difficult for the system to keep the home cool. Regarding the Wi-Fi, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. The network information is normally kept in the welcome binder, but it appears another guest accidentally moved that page to the back. Can you please elaborate more on the leaking when it rained… I’m not aware of that and I’ll be keeping an eye on that, it’s for my best interest to keep the house im the best condition, I’m sorry you had to witness that, which windows were leaking?
