Location

This property is incredible. Very spacious. The views are breath taking. The only downside to the property was the home construction next door. They were as considerate as they could be given the circumstances. I definitely would stay at this location again.

Great house but major construction next door

The house was wonderful! The location was good but we were not told about the new house construction next door. The proximity is very close so the noise from the construction hindered our pool time. We enjoyed our stay and the driver, Bob, drove us all over and took good care of us.

We are really sorry about the noise next door and wish we would have known that it was an issue, so we could come help you. The exterior construction next door will be completed mid December and should not be a problem after that. We have found playing music outside will drown out any noise that comes from the construction next door, so we purchased a large and loud bluetooth speaker for guests to play while enjoying the pool. You can't hear the construction inside, which is great. We don't expect this to bother any other groups.

Spectacular home with breathtaking views

We have been coming to Los Suenos for 15 years and this home is by far the BEST- both home and views are breathtaking! With (7) bedrooms spread among (3) floors, you may forget you are sharing the home with friends. When it comes time to gather together for meals, or play a game of foosball or pool, the large common areas easily accommodate all guests. With 2 well-equipped and spacious kitchens, plenty of room to prepare meals, or better yet use the Host recommended chefs (Experiences Private Cuisine) to prepare a meal- we did and it was the best meal of our trip! The views from nearly every window and sliding glass door are spectacular, but the views at early sunrise and sunset by the pool and jacuzzi were unforgettable. And the pool and pool deck are larger than any other house we have stayed. Wildlife was incredible- we saw a toucan perched in a tree right beside the pool, macaws flying overhead throughout the day, pizotes walking about the gated neighborhood, and of course, monkeys. We saw a troop of 10-12 monkeys in the trees right in front of the house in the morning, and again at dusk. It was so cool to see them right beside the house, we decided to cancel our monkey tour. We did have a couple of small issues (can be expected with any home and certainly a brand new home) but the Host responded immediately and quickly addressed. We will definitely stay at Casa Maverick during our next trip to Los Suenos!

The most excellent view! Infinity edge pool is incredible with plenty of space for our crowd of ten to hang out on lounges. All the bedrooms, most with views, were more than enough space for everyone and the pool table was really fun at night.
