The jacuzzi heating free 2 hours.
*Easy freeway access * Shopping, Groceries, Movies, Fine Dining Restaurant and so much more! 5 minutes from the Vineyards At Porter Ranch.
Pool heating is extra $250.00 per day
Jacuzzi water heater is free for the first two hours & then $75.00 each usage.
Nestled in a serene and picturesque part of the Los Angeles, the neighborhood exudes a charming blend of urban sophistication and suburban tranquility.
25 minutes drive to Universal Studios
25 minutes drive to Six Flags Magic Mountain
30 minutes drive to Hollywood
40 minutes drive to Malibu
We supply the following essentials in starter quantities only (sufficient for up to 3 days):
Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
Dishwashing detergent
Laundry detergent
Trash bags
Tissue and paper towels
Additional supplies beyond this period must be provided by the guest.
đŠ Jacuzzi can be heated one time free for 2 hours , after that it`s $75 per 2 hours
Pool water heating additional $250.00 per day.
This is a Guard Gated Community. I will allow access to all the guests. There will be a pass issued to the vehicle that they will be driving in for the amount of days that the guests will be staying at the property.
Cleaning Rules:
Jacuzzi water heating is free one time for 2 hours then additional $75.00 per 2 hrs,10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.
Pool water heating additional $250.00 per day.
Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and taking out the trash.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances.
There is a cleaning fee for the property.
Guest Behavior Rules:
Guests must respect the neighbors and avoid making excessive noise.
Loud music is not allowed inside the property.
NO SMOKING IN THE PROPERTY
Guests must not engage in unlawful activities inside or outside the property.
Guests who stay more than 28 days must sign a lease agreement.
Pet Rules:
Thereâs only 1 pet allowed per stay.
Weight limit to 50 pounds per pet.
Only extremely well-behaved dogs & housebroken are allowed to stay please.
Pets are not allowed to stay unattended!
Also, please make sure that you don`t park all the vehicles in front of the house. Only three vehicles can be parked on the driveway. The rest should find parking on the street down below or on the side. The neighbors area should absolutely not be blocked not even by 1 inch. Otherwise he makes a big deal and he will call the guard gate.
We don`t allow more than 3 vehicles in the property, (trucks, big cars and vans should be parked outside)

âą Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âą The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device (for noise levels only, no audio recording).
âą Any violation of the quiet hours or excessive noise complaints will result in a $200 penalty fee.
