Perdido Sun 114 Ground Floor and steps to the beach!

*The elevator to this floor will be out until July 1st. ADA compliant ramps have been set up for use*
Welcome to our spacious 1 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms unit perfect for a couple or small family of 4.
The master bedroom has a king bed with soft bedding/linens and a flat screen TV. The attached master bath includes a large vanity with plenty of counter space and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room is large with cable TV, dining area, 2 single Murphy beds and a well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials for home cooked meals.
Large balcony with bar height seating for 2 and an additional small table for 4 to enjoy coffee/drinks/food overlooking the beach.
Only a short walk down your private stairs to access the hot tub, indoor/outdoor pools and beach boardwalk.

Walking distance to the Villaggio shopping center. Including Jellyfish Lounge and The Breakfast Club.
Onsite fitness center.
Shared hot tub
Coin operated laundry room adjacent to lobby

Lobby is staffed from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday
Perdido Sun is a lower density complex that does not have the beach crowding of larger places.

While we supply the initial amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, coffee filters it is recommended to bring or purchase your own supply of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters, spices, beach towels, laundry soap, and other comforts for your stay.
From may 2nd, 2026 to September 12th, 2026 is Saturday to Saturday only. 7 night minimum.
From april 1st, 2026 to may 1st, 2026 will be a 3 night minimum.

Beautiful condo. This was our second stay in this unit and the location was perfect. Every amenity we needed was available. Nice upgrade to the closet and we enjoyed having the Keurig. Beach chairs were nice. Looking forward to coming again next year!!!

We absolutely loved everything about this unit. We’ve stayed at the Perdido Sun numerous times and like the property overall. This unit was so convenient with access to the pool and beach. The property was extremely clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our visit. Wish the outdoor pool was available to use over the weekend. Condo was as described, lots of beach equipment available to use. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the patio is beautiful!

Great condo.

We had a great weeks vacation at this condo. We love staying at Perdido Sun. This was the first time to stay on the 1st floor and it was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing it lacks is a washer & dryer, but we made it fine without it. The towels were wonderful, big and fluffy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Finally Retired

We stayed at Perdido Sun 114 and hope to come back in the fall. The unit was clean (and I'm picky about that), nicely decorated, and came complete with everything we needed and we cooked nearly every day. The manager checked with us making sure we had everything we needed. We even had perfect weather every day!!!

The place was nice

I liked the place, the umbrella and other stuff was nice to have even though we didn’t use it. We did though notice a bad smell when we came in. We had a misunderstanding with Joshua and that made me a nervous wreck. It was quite expensive, and that really needs to be looked at considering we had to drive a long way to see the sights. Overall it was good

Wonderful condo!

My family and I stayed at Joshua’s condo for a short mini spring break trip. We always love staying at Perdido Sun and this room, while I was hesitant because it was a new listing, I’m telling you it was wonderful! The only downside is you don’t have your own personal washer and dryer but that was not a deal breaker. The location is super convenient, and being on the ground floor is great when you have small children. They supplied enough essentials to where we didn’t even have to buy any extras (tp, paper towels, etc). They also have a room right out front with beach chairs and sand toys for the kids which were super convenient as well! The host was very responsive and gave me updates on some repairs they were making in the building. 10/10. Definitely look forward to returning!

Beautifully Updated Condo

We stay at Perdido Sun on the majority of our vacations. This is our first time in Unit 116. It is beautifully decorated. The updated kitchen, tile, countertops and bathrooms and shower is amazing. Lots of extra pillows, blankets and towels. It is also clean and comfortable with gorgeous views. We love the balcony furniture especially since there were cushions provided. This is one of the few units that there are stairs that lead from your balcony to the pools then beach. The condo is also well equipped with necessities plus extras. The ambiance made us feel as if we were visiting family or a friend in a loved home with all our needs being met, not the hodgepodge of thrown together essentials as in some condos we’ve previously rented. The owners are excellent. A need arose it was quickly addressed. We will definitely return to this condo. It was an amazing and much needed retreat for us!
