Guest access
The whole house is for your use except for garage and attic. No use of the fireplaces and no outdoor bonfires.

A wonderful private spot in Cataumet (about 65 miles from Boston, MA or Providence RI). Waterfront (salt marsh) property perfect for kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding. Close to public tennis courts, playground, village library, ice cream shop, gift shop, multiple restaurants and bakery. Shining Sea bike path is nearby that runs from Falmouth into Woods Hole, MA. Woods Hole is home to the MBL, aquarium, great restaurants , ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

Ideal for family reunions as there is plenty of room to spread out inside and outside the house. Wonderful outdoor spaces for lounging , outdoor dining and intimate dining and playing board games !
