Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting loft-style layout, with the main living areas on the ground floor and a sleeping loft above. The convenient kitchenette makes it easy to prepare quick meals or beach snacks, while the sunny private deck provides the perfect spot for summer cookouts with a gas grill provided. Free WiFi adds a touch of modern convenience to this classic Cape retreat.
Things to Know Homeowner Association restrictions do not allow for more than 2 overnight occupants. This unit is not equipped with a TV. There is a portable grill for off-premise use. Beds are located in the loft with access by a stair ladder. There is a low ceiling in the loft space. No animals allowed in this unit, at any time. This unit has HOA rules strictly prohibiting animals on the property. No visitors with animals allowed. Please, no animals.
House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The location was great, right on the shuttle line, and the property was clean. The ladder is a little tricky to maneuver around and it can get warm in the loft area but the fans provided are helpful. It's a small space but it's perfect if you're planning to spend most of your day out and exploring anyway.

Not great
For starters, the smoke alarm in the loft was not mounted properly, it fell out and landed on my girlfriends back, the splice inside the box was broken as well which tells me that it wasn’t even working in the first place. I will add that I’m an electrician as well. So after having to do electrical work on my vacation we noticed a crack in the front door big enough to allow light through it. The bed sheets were stained yellow. The listing said that there was a grill we could use but on arrival we were told to not use the grill. One of the fans provided for cooling the loft was also broken and the other did not move air very well. The loft was extremely hot as well because there is no ventilation up there. Overall the price was good but the add is very misleading. The beach is also not a “short” walk it would be worth bringing a wagon.
