We loved that this was a place w a fully stocked kitchen with working oven and stove. We cooked most of our meals here at this lovely place. Great location! Steps away from Angel grocery store with premium products and sandwiches to sell. Steps away from the 444 gallery where we purchased art. The host was responsive to communication and provided a binder to welcome us to Ptown and give a rundown on how to use the mini-splits and things to do in Ptown The accommodations were very satisfactory. We appreciated the mini splits to provide heat on those cold Fall nights. The place was very bright and sunny and the blinds were effective in providing privacy. We loved the front porch for lounging and enjoying the Ptown vibe! I give this 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you, Gail!!

We had a fabulous experience here. The unit itself was clean and bright, the location is right near the center of town and walkable to everything. The front porch, which was ours to use exclusively, was perfect for lunch and dinner, or just hanging out. The ocean is just across the street, and there are beach chairs available making it unnecessary to bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked, and there are two bathrooms, which is almost unheard of for a 2 bedroom unit. Do be aware that there is no parking available on site, but there are several pay-to-use parking spaces nearby as well as commercial parking lots. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay Gail's condo. The house was well appointed and clean. We appreciated the two full bathrooms and great porch, a wonderful place to sit and people watch. An enjoyable walk to everything we were interested in. Hope to have an opportunity to stay at Gail's again!

My sister and I return to this condo as often as we can. The location is quiet, yet close enough to shops and restaurants. The home is impeccably clean, well appointed, and pet-friendly. First floor living makes it easily accessible for dog walks and unloading. The kitchen was spacious and we easily prepped snacks to full meals.
All the comforts of home.

The place was super nice and conveniently located. We had a great time. The porch is great. We wished we could have used the laundry machine, though.

We let travelers know in our listing that there are no laundry facilities for renters at our property. Our washer and dryer are for the use of our cleaners There is a laundromat nearby on Shankpainter Road. On our end we wish that you had let us know that you had broken the lamp in the master bedroom. We had to find out from our cleaners. That meant we had to scramble around at the last minute to find a replacement.

Four women (65+ y/o) had a wonderful stay. We loved the covered porch the access to the beach (even though it was April chilly weather), and floor plan. Beds were very comfortable and the space light and inviting. Great location! Thank you!

Perfect location

We have been through a lot this year and we so appreciated the communication before our stay, in addition to the clean and cozy home. Perfect location in the quiet east end neighborhood of Commercial St. and the front porch is divine for taking in sun and people watching. This was an oasis away from home, and the healing vacation that we needed.
