Indoors:
The first floor comprises of a large open plan living and dining area with access to four balconies to make the most of sunlight throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen incorporates marble countertops and a range of modern, premium appliances including a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and fan oven. The four large, bright bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, three of which have patio doors allowing direct access to the pool. The accommodation includes two double and two twin rooms, all with ensuite bath and shower rooms.

Outside:
Well tended split level gardens surround a tiled 10x5m heated pool and large terrace with sun loungers and poolside shower. Shade available at all times throughout the day. A large traditional Portuguese BBQ area with outdoor furniture is directly accessible from the main first floor living space. Private car port to the front of the property.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Towels (including beach towels) and linen are provided. Included in price is a twice weekly maid service, twice weekly towel change. Weekly linen change. This can be increased for an additional charge and at time of booking.

High Speed Wireless internet is available throughout the villa and guests have access to a wide range of television channels via the wide screen television in the main living area.
