You`ll have exclusive access to the entire condo unit. You`ll walk in to the entrance with ample storage and into the soaring main living room with 2 stories ceilings and loads of light. To the left is one King bedroom with a full en suite bath. Up the stairs to a second king bedroom with full en suite bath. There is a half bathroom on the main floor with connected laundry. There is a giant TV, wood burning fireplace, leather sofa, office space with super fast wifi and a dining room table and bar. The back deck has views to the forest and showcases an outdoor living area and Weber grill. The house has high-speed wireless Internet, Roku TVs with streaming your subscriptions such as TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, dinnerware, utensils and more.

I also wanted to give a reminder about our age restrictions at The Spa:

*No one under the age of 14 is allowed in any of our heated amenities. (Hot tub, Sauna or Steam Room)
*No child under 16 is to be left alone in the pool area.
*Must be 18 or older to be in charge of other children.
*Children under 10 are not allowed in the fitness center. Those 10-14 may be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
*We do not perform any treatments to anyone under the age of 18.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• In renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury, harm, or death resulting from the use of ladders and bunk beds.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
