Plenty of shade from the sun under the covered porch. This house is in a quiet neighborhood that overlooks the lake and the waterfowl. Sit on the covered porch/deck and enjoy the weather while having some good conversation with your Family.
Comes with a Complementary Standard Golf Car for guests 21 years of age and older. Will also have a Limo Golf Cart available for an additional user fee of $550 per week.
**Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
Ocean Lakes has lots of activities to offer renters of all ages including indoor/outdoor pools, recreation center, skate park, the arcade, the nature center, the doggie park, church on Sundays, and many other things. There are also nearby shops, restaurants, malls, movie theaters, and a ton of other attractions for the whole Family. You can also enjoy a romantic walk on the beach at night, enjoying the sound of the Beautiful Atlantic Ocean or perhaps taking the Family to get an ice cream after dinner at Sandy's Meet and Eat. Come stay with us, you will make some great memories to last a lifetime!!!!!!
