THE HOMEOWNER IS AMAZING WITH HER INTERIORS AND EXTERIOR DESIGNS. THIS OFFERS OUR STANDARD GOLF CART LIKE ALL OF THE RICHESON PROPERTIES HOUSES DO ANNNND IT WILL EVEN HAVE A MOKE AVAILABLE FOR A $150 PER DAY USER FEE. WHAT IS A MOKE YOU ASK? JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES. RIDE IN STYLE IN OUR MOKE AND STAY IN THIS PALACE FIT FOR A KING AND QUEEN. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE PICTURES WITH YOUR FAMILY IN OUR HORSE DRAWN-CINDERELLA CARRIAGE WHICH GREETS YOU AT THE FRONT OF THE PALACE. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week and $550 per week for an additional Limo golf cart; This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is permitted to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.

Like all Richeson Properties Rental Houses, we do not tolerate illegal drugs of any kind. If you're looking for a place to party, look elsewhere. Our golfcart rules are that no one under the age of 21 yrs of age is permitted to drive our golf carts period so do not ask!! Ocean Lakes has implemented a new rule that no one, even of legal age, is permitted to drink alcohol while driving or riding on the golf carts. If you or any of your guests are found to be violating this rule on our golfcart and are ticketed, we will immediately take our golfcart away from the property and you will not get it back. You will forfeit any monies paid, you will be responsible to pay your own ticket/violation as well as any violation imposed on the Homeowner. If anyone in your party, including the renter of record, is arrested, trespassed, or has any issues with local law enforcement while staying at our property, we reserve the right to ask your entire party to vacate immediately and you will forfeit any and all monies paid. No refund will be given and no refund will be due.

Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool, water park including Lazy River, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These fees are separate from our fees and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. **Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
