This is our second stay here. Our host was very accommodating and easy to contact. This house is well located around multiple entertainment districts. We plan to stay again next year if it is available during our travel period.

House was cute and had character! Fairly minimalistic, but host was really responsive to a couple issues and got them resolved! Neighborhood was tight but very quiet, especially considering the shops and such nearby.

Charming cottage in excellent location

Well kept cottage in excellent location for accessing attractions, shopping and dining. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. All appliances work.Memory foam mattresses. Highly recommended.

Kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood extremely quiet. Check in process was very easy. Comfortable bed and property was very clean. Would stay here again!

good little property. The biggest issue is the upstairs temperature in the Summer. They have a portable AC unit, but it isn't enough to cool to the room down and it is very loud coming on and off. I would stay here again, just not in the Summer.

Highly Recommend

Stayed at property while attending a weekend event at convention center. Very close to everything downtown and largest mall in area is less than 5 minutes away. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Property had everything we needed Would stay here again if we came back to area. Reserve with confidence . It’s a great cottage

Artist Cottage as Advertised

The cottage is adorable and clean in a central location. For a home away from home it is nicely furnished and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner/ manager is attentive, and responsive without being obtrusive.

Place of Repose

I loved this little cottage. The host thought of everything that was needed to have a very comfortable stay. The place was close to downtown, midtown and the Penn Square area. We shipped at Trader Joe’s and cooked several great meals in their well equipped kitchen. I would rent this place again!

The property was nice. Bathrooms were small. Upstairs space was roomy. Found multiple live ants in the upstairs bath. Back door deadbolt lock did not fit properly, so only door handle locked. Porch light was out. Otherwise, no issues.

Wonderful!

I came into town for two weeks for table tennis training and to compete in the Oklahoma State Championship tournament. I wanted a place to work on the road while doing table tennis. What a wonderful place to stay. Super clean and comfortable. Internet is very fast so work was a breeze. I had only planned for about six hours of sleep per night so during those hours I neefed to sleep well. That was easy as the bed is very comfortable. I was able easily cook all my meals because the house is stocked with all the equipment you need to make and serve meals. Washer and dryer work perfectly. Communication with owner was a breeze when I extended my stay. Thank you! and dryer work perfectly.Coexample,

A Mix of Pros and Cons

**Pros:** The neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The upstairs had a portable AC unit, check-in was easy, and there was a TV in every bedroom. The house was conveniently close to great restaurants like Iron Star BBQ, as well as the science museum and zoo.**Cons:** If you love AC, this might not be the house for you. The downstairs bedroom lacks proper AC and gets quite warm. Communication with the host felt automated; our request for the AC to be on upon arrival was ignored, and we only received pre-written instructions. The furniture showed wear and tear, and the actual condition of the house was less appealing than the pictures suggested, with a slight sag in the ceiling and sloped floors.Overall, it could be a great stay for a lower price, but we expected more for what we paid. Still had a great time despite the issues.
