The apartment is located in a new complex downtown, and most of the furnishings were in good condition. However, the mattress was in very poor shape, to the point where I had to sleep on an inflatable bed. The host was responsive at first, but when I asked about the possibility of a refund, they stopped replying. The bathroom cleanliness also wasn’t optimal.

This was a lovely apartment. It was very close to the Brown Convention Center with a lot of meal choices within walking distance. The apartment was spotless with all the amenities you would need for a weekend or a week. The Host communicated perfectly during check-in. We did not have a car, Ubers were everywhere, but there was a parking garage right underneath and a pool, but we were off season so the pool was not available. The only drawback as far as the location was we could not find a grocery store within walking distance and the CVS was still an Uber away. All in all a fantastic

Clean and comfortable with good amenities

In town for a convention - this was walking distance to the convention and downtown core and well priced and convenient. A much better option since hotels were full or overpriced at the time. Clean and really nice place with laundry and dishwasher. Comfortable bed. Large closet and nice balcony. The pool was closed for the season but the gym was really well supplied and clean. Very responsive host. Great communication. Took a little of time to figure out the app needed but once figured out it was super convenient getting in and out and worked well. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here preferentially. Place was pretty brand new and in great shape with new furniture.

5 Stars isn’t enough

The apartment is exactly what you see in the photos. We didn’t have any issues, asked the host a few questions and the response was immediately. The apartment is impeccably clean and welcoming.
