Has everything you need. I love how hot the water gets. Host was very nice and responds quickly. Quiet neighborhood. Parking is very convenient. I would definitely stay again and I recommend staying here!

Everything was great. Super clean and new, comfy beds, very easy check-in and great location if you want to be within a 20 minute drive to New York City but not pay those high prices. The free parking spot was definitely a plus as well. We ate in an excellent restaurant, La Lanterna, which was an 8 minute walk from the property. Thank you!

My daughter and I came to town for a family event. The location has convenient access to the parkway. The apartment was clean and quiet and perfect for the two of us. I would definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Perfect spot

My husband and I chose this place for it’s in-between location, close to our daughter in Dobbs Ferry as well as easy train access to NYC. It was perfect for that. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We loved the outdoor sitting area which was perfect for morning coffee and for an evening meal outside. This will definitely be where we stay for future visits!

Disability Friendly

This rental was ideal for us for location, accessibility and it provided for all our needs. My sister has significant mobility issues so being able to have a short walk from driveway to apt was great. She loves sitting outside and lawn area is really pleasant. There is one step to get inside so not appropriate if wheelchair bound. For myself the couch not the most comfy but the trade off for the other accommodations outweighed that. Thanks Juan!

Great communicator

My stay was comfortable. Host was a consistent communicator who notified me with notes about the space, like controlling the heat. When any issues arose, like someone coming out to check the boiler, i was informed it would affect the heat for a couple hours. Great place to stay. Only thing to note is the apartment is on the first floor; you do hear walking happening above. But it never affected my sleep.

This property is just like what is seen in the photos and was squeaky clean and emaculate throughout.The kitchen facilities were excellent with everything you would need to make a meal, although I feel an air-fryer would be an excellent addition to the wide range of electronic goods already available. Kitchen paper, baking parchment and even seasonings were provided as well as tea coffe and sugarThe fridge freeezer was ideal with an ice cube maker and the blender came in handy for crushed ice and smoothies.The wide range of kitchen utensils made it feel like a home from home with baking trays juice squeezer, pots and pans cutlery, mugs and tumbers.A range of thick fluffy towels were provided with face cloths too as well as shower gels, shampoo and even toothbrushes and toothpaste.The garden was well maintained with a selection of garden furniture making it perfect for alfresco dinning.There is a restuarant and bakery a 2 minute walk away and 2 supermarkets a pharmacy and gas stations within a ten minute walk.This is a very quiet beautiful neighbourhoodand is an ideal location for a short break.The host and his wife are amazing and we will be comming back very soon.

Almost great!

Good place to stay. Juan's a terrific host, friendly and instantly responsive. The apartment is mostly very comfortable -- spotlessly clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable queen-size bed, very convenient parking, thoughtfully supplied with extra toiletries and cooking supplies. Just a couple of caveats: 1) guests cannot control the thermostat, so if you like the temperature lowered at night, you should let Juan know in advance so he can set it that way; 2) as people who like very hot and high-pressure showers, the shower may be a dealbreaker for us, though others may love it -- it's a light rain shower effect that never gets really steamy hot; and 3) we found the internet often slow and somewhat erratic, though again Juan was great about responding immediately and restarting it when we noted we were having problems, and it's possible that our problems were related to antivirus and VPN programs on my laptop. Good restaurants nearby -- we especially liked La Lanterna -- and the area feels safe and quiet. The apartment was also very quiet -- we never heard any sound at all from overhead. The weather was too cold for us to take advantage of it, but there's an outdoor table in the private side yard that might be pleasant for eating outside on warm days.
