The space
Take a walk down to the lake and enjoy all that the tranquil, warm waters of Vepco lake have to offer; kayaking, skiing, fishing, etc. Or you can sit and chat and play games on the front porch/balcony as you watch the kids laugh and play in the spacious front yard.
Only 35 minutes from Canaan Valley and Timberline Ski Resorts, and within an hour of Dolly Sods, and Seneca Rocks!

HOME LAYOUT
Ground Floor:
-Garage parking
-Bedroom with 2 bunk beds sleeping up to 6 people (twin over full)
-Stairs to the main floor with Stair Lift Chair for Wheel Chair accessibility

Main Floor:
-Living Room

-Dining Room
-Bathroom
-Master bedroom (King Bed)
-Master bathroom
-Laundry Room

Upstairs:
-Bedroom 1 sleeps 4 (Queen and twin bunk with twin trundle)
-Bedroom 2 sleeps 7 (Twin over Full bunkbed and 2 twin over twin Bunkbeds)

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house as well as access to the lake across the “road” (more like a gravel driveway)

(Access is NOT given to the detached garage)
Other things to note
Window AC units and fans are in each bedroom to keep sleeping areas cool. There is an attic fan that helps keep the main areas in the house cool when used.
