Room was clean and accurate to the description and photos. After check-in you are able to utilize all the same benefits as a FountainBleau hotel guest, which was great.

I was initially a bit nervous booking since there weren’t many reviews, but this stay exceeded my expectations. The room was exactly as described and the photos matched perfectly. The hosts were very pleasant, responsive, and stayed in touch throughout my stay. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and just as I envisioned and more. I would absolutely stay here again.

Miami long weekend

Everything was really great, except for the fact that the minibar would not open and despite us asking people to help us we were unable to get it open the entire trip

This room in the Sorrento Tower was just as the pictures display. Very well appointed with everything you would need for a long weekend/week. Highly recommend MAK Realty as they are very quick to respond to any needs or questions.

Perfect stay in Miami!

The room was the perfect size, spacious and comfortable. The view and balcony were beautiful and unexpected. Loved being on a high floor in a tower with a quiet, private pool. Having the spa passes included was a huge bonus (normally costs $200/day). Not ever room at the FB comes with this and the staff reminded us how lucky we are that ours did! Excellent communication with property manager. We had just a perfect stay- thank you!

Misleading….Our host advertised first class accommodations, well this might be true for the hotel, but not the room. Other than a comfortable bed the furniture, was very worn and stained. All the dressers and the counter along the wall are scratched, with loose doors, and handles. Beware of the bathroom faucets, all the handles are extremely loose, and the shower does not drain properly. So your standing in two inches of water while bathing. The listing also advertises all fees included, but there is a cleaning fee at the front desk. I questioned the host, and they claim it’s in the rental agreement. But it’s advertised through VRBO, all fees included. So beware of false advertising, and a misleading description of the room.

Low rating due to unreasonable fees

Hooked in the lobby and not much security around. When the mini bar was refilled they left my door open for more than 6 hours that I was away and when I called security they didn’t care. Also he cleaning fee seems really unreasonable especially when I had to chase a cleaner down to provide me with additional towels, I never got the 2 spa vouchers that were promised and the room service fees where also unreasonable. I ordered champagne glasses and the housekeeping staff ran out so they directed me to dining where they charged me $5 per glass and a service fee on top of that. I won’t be staying there again.

Beautiful view. But there was an old sandwich left in the refrigerator. The one light on side of bed was out. And the rug was stained and looked terrible. I don’t believe the cleaning crew did a proper cleaning. I contacted Mac to let them know. Other wise it was fine.

This room looked like it hasn’t had a good cleaning in a while nothing seemed fresh Shower glass smeared tub had hair in it. Floors dirty. And room full of dust.
