We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 small trash bags

🚿 Full Bathroom Kit:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap



🛏️ Linens & Towels:

- Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay



Guest Access:

This unit is on the third floor and can be accessed via stairs or the elevator. Upon arrival there will be keys for the elevator in the unit for you. There is street parking.



Other Things to Note:

If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.



If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Request are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.



Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.



This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1,000 fine for smoking in the unit.



Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

We require that you allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay, as our response time is typically less than an hour. We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds. By booking this property you agree and understand no refunds are given. Condo was nicely updated and wonderfully maintained. The host provided prompt communication and support. Condo located 2 blocks from beach, near tasty restaurants, and a nearby park with walking/biking paths.

This was the perfect place for my family of 4 (2 adults, 10 & 15 year old kids) to spend 5 nights. The building is a bit dated. The a/c and bathroom fan are both pretty loud, but the a/c units (one in living area and one in bedroom) work well and keep the space nice and cool. Bed linens, extra pillows, and plenty of towels were all provided as well little boxes of bathroom and kitchen essentials. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some simple meals - pots & pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, blender. The kids loved the pool, which was clean and well maintained. It was nice to have laundry facilities on site - there is a small room with one washer & dryer on each level right next to the elevator. The beach is a quick walk and was less crowded in mid-August than we expected. Lots of good food & entertainment options within walking distance or a quick drive. We'd definitely stay here again!

Summer Weekend Getaway

Stayed two nights and absolutely loved it! It was such a clean and comfortable home to stay in, had a great layout for me and my boyfriend, would do great for more. A super nice condo building and pool, easy walk to the beach— and a very convenient mini golf right next to it! The host and Ocean’s Edge Vacations team were completely on top of communication and extremely helpful for having an easy and peaceful stay!

Cute place!

Very nice little weekend vacation. Condo was clean, pool was clean, area was quiet, but walking distance to the beach. I love mini golf so of course our first night we went right to the mini golf place across the street. Condo had dishes and pots and pans for us to use, my boys loved the bunk beds. The owners texted lots of information and were communicative. The only even remote complaint is have is that the elevator needs a key, so as we were checking out I left the door open to return the key once we got the bags on the elevator. It was literally 5 minutes after 10 and the cleaners told them we were still on the property when all I did was run past them to put the key back in the box. That was just mildly annoying, and wouldn't stop me from staying again. Definitely a 9.9 out of 10.
