Famille 1bedroom amicale / 1bathwalk de la plage. Wifi gratuit de deux grands piscine.

Magnifiquement entretenu avec les propriétaires TLC qui en fait une grande escapade à la plage. Juste un pâté de maisons de la plage ou s'asseoir près de la piscine avec vos enfants, piscine pour enfants également clôturée pour la sécurité. Vous pouvez vous détendre avec un cocktail, s'asseoir et manger des crabes, ou prendre votre dîner au bord de la piscine. La zone de la piscine a été votée 2012 prix d'embellissement à Ocean City un grand honneur. Complexe très calme avec de nombreux propriétaires sur place. Nous sommes à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, films, spas et mini-golf intérieur et extérieur, parc aquatique, go-carts. Vous pouvez également prendre le bus n'importe où pour 3 $. 00 toute la journée.

Il y a beaucoup de parking en face du complexe, et un ascenseur pour votre commodité. Nous sommes situés dans North Ocean City, sur la rue Bayside 140e juste une courte promenade pour une belle promenade sur la plage.

Nous offrons des mini semaines et des week-ends prolongés avec un séjour minimum de 3 nuits. Il suffit d'apporter des serviettes, des draps, des articles en papier et un sourire sur votre visage, tout le reste est prévu pour vous. Extérieur extérieur a récemment été rénové avec de nouvelles fenêtres et portes, très propre et décor Beachy. Pour votre commodité, nous offrons également un enregistrement anticipé à deux afin que vous ne perdiez pas votre journée en attente d'enregistrement. Pourquoi rester dans un hôtel quand vous pouvez avoir beaucoup plus dans notre condo, comme l'espace pour se détendre, cuisiner et économiser de l'argent pour s'amuser. Notre porte donne sur la piscine pour enfants et la cour. C'est aussi une unité non-fumeur.
Ocean Downs casino et courses hippiques juste une courte distance en voiture.
Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité tels que Phillips, Harpoon Hannas, Nick's Ribs, le restaurant et le bar Fenwick Inn, l'Island cafe grand bar local. Si vous êtes intéressé par une plus grande 2 chambres à un endroit différent utiliser le même site et rechercher 201552. Nous venons d'ajouter un nouvel emplacement non fumeur sur 33 RD rue en face du parc d'attractions et de l'eau Jolly Roger, allez chariots avec une piscine et marcher jusqu'à plage. Consultez le même site et tapez 241978. Depuis la réservation en ligne après votre réservation, je vous contacterai pour obtenir un accord signé.

This unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Check-in and Ck-out was a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The property grounds and pool were clean and beautiful. The people we encountered at this property were all friendly and helpful, including the grounds keepers. We would stay here again in a heart beat!!

Great Condo

GREAT location. Condo was beautiful. Property was well maintained. Did not go to the beach, but they had beach badges for guests. Minutes from many good restaurants.Our visit was to attend my granddaughters softball tournament. Spent our days at ball fields.

Beautiful condo in North Ocean City. Convenient to restaurants and a very short walk to the ocean. Orleans Court offers two pools, plenty of parking, and a quiet courtyard for relaxing. Definitely hope to visit again.

Great beach trip

Perfect for a quick beach vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Pat was easy to work with regarding arrangements. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach and restaurants; we would visit again.

Highly recommend!

This is our first time trying VRBO and this property in particular. Great location, near everything you may need or want to see. The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the perfect size for my wife and I. Will definitely contact this owner when we return for the next trip. BTW, Lizzies Cafe & Bistro is walking distance and has excellent food, service and ambiance!

Just what we needed!

This property was such a cute home base for our beach stay. It had everything we needed and we all slept comfortably. We enjoyed the pool and the next-door mini-golf and the short walk to the 140th street beach. Thank you!

First Time in OC

Our trip was amazing! We were one block from the beach and had every kind of store within walking distance. The pool was clean and had enough seating. The condo was so clean, updated and plenty of room.

Cute condo and great location!

This condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. It was as described, but the pictures of the interior don’t do it justice. The decor Is super cute and very welcoming. The kitchen had all of the necessities. The beach was within walking distance across the street. The pool on-site was clean and never very busy. There is also plenty of parking. We only had to contact the host once and they were very responsive.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed staying here, Pat was a very responsive host. She had little things that you don’t think of but greatly appreciated having such as; lots of ice trays, a vacuum, broom/dust pan, and even an echo dot. The decor was nicely updated and beach themed. We enjoyed being able to have a full kitchen and separate bedroom that you don’t usually get in a hotel. The location was in a nice neighborhood, about a block from the beach with mini golf right across the street. We had a toddler with us who loved the kiddie pool. My only suggestion to make it a better stay was that the wifi and curtains could be better in the bedroom. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again and highly recommend.

Clean, well located, property

Place was exactly as presented, no more, no less. Most important things to me were location and cleanliness, and it met those completely. It's pleasantly decorated but no niceties are include...I would strongly suggest being mindful of the bathtub which is exceptionally slippery, somewhat concerning. If you have alot of bags, the elevator key is not provided in advance and you don't know that. So you either have to schlep everything up and find that inside. Or, get that before grabbing your bags. It would be helpful to include that in the check in info.

We just had the shower reglazed they usually add a slip proof surface to it. I will check with them as I've not showered there.

Dismayed

Received a "to do" list prior to the stay by mail. Received another list when we arrived. Even though I was charged a large sum for cleaning, expected to clean, scrub, and sweep prior to leaving or be charged more fees. Also both letterswas "toned", negatively, giving the start of our vacation off to a bad start. Also ac didn't cool the unit adequately, and allow a musty odor in some rooms due to no circulation. Also being over 60, was not provided in description that unit was on the 2nd floor, even though it had an elevator, still caused difficulties. Will not rent or lease any more through private owners, will stay with the convenience of hotels with service and better values, and locations.

There are the things the cleaners want to have done. The unit has an elevator it's on the sheet you were sent. I only asked to wash and put away all dishes and take out trash. Keep tidy of food is so we don't get bugs. You were always free to ask questions at any time and I would gladly answer as you can see in all the other reviews.

NIce condo but owner was inconsiderate

The condo was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. Midweek the owner entered the condo without any forewarning or notice, using her key and unlocking both the door lock and dead bolt. She entered the living room with a box and after questioning, announced she was Pat Kelly and she wanted to replace a bed, which should have waited until our rental contract was over. Needless to say, this was an invasion of our privacy and made for an uncomfortable situation, which continued for the rest of our stay.

We choose this condo for the family friendly feeling that it had along with the 2 pools for every age to enjoy. There is a mini-golf across the street and many great restaurants nearby.

I enjoy that it is very quiet and well maintained by myself and by the maintenance staff.The elevator is a plus for unloading your belongings. I like being able to walk in the neighborhood behind us and especially walking over to the beach.
