Completely Renovated Perfect Beachtown Escape for the Whole Family

Everything you are looking for in a beach town Condo. Cozy and well appointed to ensure a relaxing and memorable vacation. Located in the quieter northside of Ocean City but still conveniently oriented to world class dining, shopping, fishing, entertainment and of course, the beach.

Owners spared no expense in thoughtfully renovating the condo over the winter. Functionality was at the forefront of the design to maximize all of the usable space. New kitchen, flooring, paint, doors and crown moulding.

Stay in and prepare a meal for the family in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy any of the many restaurants nearby.

Why cram yourself into a full size bed when we have two brand new queen size beds along with a queen size pull out sofa in the living room.

Secure and dedicated high speed internet provides the flexibility to get a little work done or stream your favorite shown on the new smart tv's.

Enjoy the guests only pool and hot tub or lounge in the courtyard. Pool pass required ($60 replacement fee per instance if lost or damaged) Private rear balcony with seating for four to enjoy the salt air.

Property has an elevator for your convenience. Contactless check-in featuring keyless entry. Condo is being actively updated between guests.

Very close walk to the beach

Everything was great with our stay! We loved the location, less than 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool was nice, everything was clean and the host was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We headed to the beach for a lacrosse tournament. This spot was perfect...easy access to the beach, putt-putt, gocarts, restaurants for an easy and quick long weekend get away!

Our stay was wonderful. We’ve been staying at Orleans court since 2020 it’s a great location, one block from the beach. This room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Brent is a great host - very quick to respond and accommodate. Hope to stay again next year!

The place has been recently updated and it’s very nice what they did with the place. It was very clean which is a sticking point me with and I was very happy to find it that clean. I had a small issue when I checked in because the elevator key was missing and I sent a message to the owner and he responded immediately and pointed me to where I could find the spare key which was great.

Excellent. Beautifully Updated kitchen, new appliances, plenty of counter-space with seating for 4. Coastal/beach theme throughout the condo, New furniture. Check-in is a simple process. I'm sorry things didn't work out the way you had hoped. You could have reached out at any point during your stay if there was a problem but I never heard from you. Our stay was overall nice... .though we had a couple issues that by did take away from the experience. The condo is clean and comfortable. We did have trouble with the front door lock. We had trouble with keeping hot water and turning the shower knob. We didn't enough have sheets the first night. They were delivered the next day. The location was great and having mini golf and pool and beach nearby was nice.

Golf Getaway

The location was perfect for me because I had friends staying close by. The place was very clean which is. Wry important to me and the kitchen was decently supplied with utensils but it would have been a stretch if there were five people staying there which the place holds. The owner was very responsive to any and all questions I had and I would definitely stay there again. One suggestion I do have for anyone staying here and that is to bring a beach wagon or cart to unload your vehicle of supplies to bring to the room. It’s a bit of a distance from the parking spots to the rooms when carry allot of things.

Good stay

We had a nice trip to OC. Condo was nice. Bedroom looks remodeled with new beds that we’re comfortable. TVs work perfect. Living area was nice and comfortable with pull out sofa. Kitchen appliances were a little aged but work fine and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool area was a lot of fun for the kids and we saw it cleaned daily. Very thankful for Brent. He was excellent to communicate with and very prompt. We had one minor maintenance issue arise and he had it fixed within an hour. Thanks!
