The space
Once guests go upstairs to the second floor they will enjoy an open floor plan- that features a comfortable living room with TV, a full bath with tub, and one QUEEN size bedroom. Then, guests can take the second set of stairs to the third floor of the house (second floor of the duplex) where they can enjoy 2 MORE full size bedrooms and another full bath with a stand up shower. EVERYTHING is brand new, from floors to paint to bedroom/ kitchen/ living room furniture. There is baby furniture ( high chair, pack-n-play with sheets and mattress) available upon request when booking.
Guest access
Guests have access to the duplex and side of the house ( grass area by the driveway)
