Thanksgiving Weekend

Property was just as viewed when booking. We loved all the space, each of us had our own bedroom, biggest bonus we got to bring our family dog. The back yard is fenced in and it was bitter cold our weekend there, it was nice being able to let her out back in the morning. One suggestion, some weather stripping around the front door would help with drafts.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean home

Very comfortable, spacious, and clean home. Nice, firm beds. Excellent communication with the property manager, and I appreciated they didn't have a list of tasks for us before checking out. The house is on a somewhat busy street, but it was not noisy inside the house--was easy to sleep, and we had no trouble pulling in and out of the driveway. There's a good AC unit downstairs and fans upstairs. That worried us, but we were very comfortable. We'd stay here again.

Great House near campus

Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great.

Family Trip

The house was exactly as listed. Very clean and ready for us to move right in. Check in was easy. Check out was easy too. We had communication with the owner the entire time and he even came out to help us with a door issue. We had plenty of space so everyone could spread out if they felt the need. The house is close to everything. The street is a very busy street, so getting in and out of the drive was a bit tricky but nothing you don't experience anywhere else. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again!
