About this space
This is a newly decorated home next to the university and close to downtown. It is a cozy getaway with an option of a hot tub for your personal relaxation and comfort as well.
All bedrooms have top quality mattresses with elegant linens and flat screen “smart” TV’s.
The space
A unique home with oak Hardwood flooring throughout, a decorative fireplace, and a separate dining room ready to host a family or a business group.
Guest access
There is a ring camera at front door facing street and back door facing garage. It can record sound and video.
The house and yard is private.
Other things to note
The 8 person hot tub is now available for guests. Located in the back yard just off the deck-april thru november
The cost is $40 per visit which can be reserved via Venmo at any time before or during your stay.
Bottled wine is also available for $10 per bottle. Venmo or cash app.

Security:
We have a ring camera at front door that faces the street. There is also a ring camera that faces the garage. This will capture video and audio when activated.

Super cute

The house is super cute and clean. The location being walking distance the University was amazing. The bathroom layout should be redone as entry into the room could be difficult. A larger or handicapped person would have a hard time due to the vanity and tub wall placement. The house overall was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Good spot to land pre-eclipse

This is a good place to stay, located near great options for food and activities. The beds are comfortable, the parking is good, and there is ample space on the first floor to relax. It would have been great to have a binder with instructions for the home. Thank you!

The house was clean and furnished appropriately. A bit of confusion with some check in details but the owner was quick to communicate. Hot tub was clean and hot but basically none of the jets worked. Was fine for our family for an overnight in Toledo.

Neighbors are loud

Property manager was great to work with as she helped set up a surprise for my wife and I for our 10 year anniversary. What was upsetting was the neighbors partying all night and the houses are right up against each other. The back yard had no privacy and had old chairs and objects all over it. The ceiling in the main bedroom had dirt hand prints on it. A lot of the plaster walls had cracks along with the floors and doors having holes in them. We ended up leaving half way through the night. Not what we expected. Struggled with feeling comfortable. Would have spent the money had we known this is what it was like. The property manager was great tho!
