Accommodating extra guests is a breeze with the expansive and comfortable couch that sleeps two. With a two-car parking garage, convenience and comfort await you at every turn. Unwind, indulge, and create unforgettable memories in this truly exceptional space.

You will have the entire unit to yourself.
Two car parking garage with one spot directly in front of garage - parallel to unit.
Visitors parking has designated signs
Area is subject to noise due to nearby attractions
$350 security deposit is required. Refundable if no damages found
The Neighborhood:

Other Things to Note:
There are two security cameras. One at the front door (facing outside only) and one on the garage, facing outside only.
These cameras should never be touched, or there will be a $200 fee applied for repositioning and re-installing.
Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.
