Points forts : Propreté, arrivée et exactitude de l’annonce.
Points faibles : Communication
Furniture is a little dated but not terrible. Kitchen was well stocked, pool was great. My only complaint, really, was lack of communication from host. I asked a week ahead of time about heating the pool and jacuzzi, and she didn't get back to me until I bugged her again before check in. She never did help me with the heating instructions (she said she forgot). So communication not great. But otherwise, house was great for a large family.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the overall cleanliness of the property. The house was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and we encountered bugs inside the home. The pool was also very dirty and had a dead frog in it, which made it uncomfortable to use. The patio area was not properly maintained either. There was an empty beer bottle and dental floss picks left on the ground, and the patio furniture was visibly dirty. For the price of the stay, we expected the property to be clean, sanitary, and properly maintained before our arrival. These issues significantly affected our experience and need to be addressed before future guests stay at the property. I contacted the host she called me right away and I was offered a refund because I didn’t feel comfortable staying. But I was out of more money because I had to rent a hotel room for the night and find another Rental property to host my family for my granddaughter’s 9th Birthday Party. It was a big inconvenience.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

We celebrated my daughter’s grad party and the home was just as pictured. The host was very easy to communicate with. The check in and check out process were easy and smooth. The house was fully stocked with necessity items and we didn’t have any issues. We enjoyed our stay and I have absolutely no complaints!

I appreciate the 100 refund, but your response came across as passive-aggressive, dismissive, and lacking genuine empathy. Your comment, "I'm happy to hear that none of what I did was worth anything," was sarcastic and misrepresented what I actually said. I never said your efforts meant nothing. The issue wasn't just the pool. It was the overall experience, which included the unusable pool, maintenance problems, and pest concerns. Customer service isn't just about explaining why something happened or fixing it afterward. It's about acknowledging the guest's experience, taking accountability for how it affected them, and responding with empathy.Instead of acknowledging the impact these issues had on our stay, your response felt focused on defending yourself. While I appreciate that steps were taken after the problems were reported, those repairs benefited future guests not my family. A 100 refund simply does not reflect the experience we paid for.

Thank you for the feedback. For future guests reading this: this was a week long stay, and the pool was out of service for less than 24 hours of it, with a technician on site within an hour of the issue being reported. The pool is serviced weekly year round. Items requested on day two as a courtesy were delivered the following morning as these are not typical items I stock my homes with. The remaining two concerns were raised the day before checkout and have since been addressed. A partial refund was issued for the pool issue. I wish the stay had been a better fit, and I wish you the best.

Good getaway

My 3 children and I came to this property just to have a few days with endless swimming. The property was clean, spacious, and the pool was a good size. The kids had so much fun. Host was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Was nervous when getting to the neighborhood but turned out to be nice and quiet. Overall I would recommend this property. And would def visit again.
