Stayed over the Christmas holiday and had a great time. The home was exactly as listed. The rooms are all generously sized with room to spare. The kitchen was well-equipped for holiday cooking and baking. While the TV wasn't used much, it did have all the apps for streaming. The communication with the host was seamless, and the check-in process was smooth. I had the time wrong on check-out, and he was understanding of my error. Would stay here again.

The property was nice. It was difficult to get 2 SUV’s in the garage but we managed. You cannot have more than 2 vehicles due to parking issues. Everywhere we went wasn’t that far from the property. I did have tiny ants in the master bathroom and downstairs shower had a leak that traveled to the garage. These things did not interfere with our stay.

It was really convenient if you want to be centrally located to do lots of Houston stuff. Plenty of space in the townhome. It was a lot bigger/roomier than I expected. We enjoyed it.

Spacious and good location in Houston, but not luxury

I read some of the other reviews before selecting this place so I knew what I was getting into but there were just some things that were off. Big hole in kitchen cabinetry, remotes missing batteries, no extra blankets. The biggest issue was that we only had one working shower in the master. One of the others sprayed sideways and the other one the shower curtain wouldn't stay down so it was a disaster. We really wanted to stay as a family close to my parents when we were in town and this accommodated that but it was really pricey for what we got. A little TLC could make a big difference at this price.

Conference

This property was a breath of fresh air from what I am used to. It was great for our short business visit. My friends absolutely loved it. The property was very clean and the location is excellent. It was near a place called the galleria which was wonderful for a shopper like me. My friends also loved it. The property had a two car garage which allowed us to park my rental car and that of my friends. The home is just like in the pictures - clean and airy with wonderful views. The kitchen which is what I am always particular about as I love to cook was well equipped with everything that I needed. I could not find the lid for the saucepan, so I called the owner who kindly told me where it was as he stated that the cleaners move things around most times. I met one of the neighbors who was kind enough to recommend a few steak houses close to the property and the one that we tried was excellent. I will definitely be returning to this property.

Falsely Described Listing

While we were not here for a vacation, the listing is nowhere near reality. First of all, this is not a "luxury" rental and should not be described as such. If you are planning to stay for more than a couple of days and actually "live" there like we did, this is not for you. There are two pots to cook with; the towels are little more than paper towels. The dining chairs and barstools are stained. I put towels down to cover them. There is a gaping hole in the kitchen lower cabinets, where I am guessing an appliance used to be? All of the cabinets are in bad need of repair. The "large" two garage is a stretch for two small cars (and practically impossible for two normal size); and not easy to get into, either, as it is a hard left 90 degree turn. The backyard is an overgrown, muddy mess. And do not bring your dogs here. The backyard is no place they can go; nor is the street. There is no place to walk them; barely any grass and so much trash on the one street. I had to load ours up and take them elsewhere to walk. Not to mention, the neighbors obviously hate the fact this house is a rental. This was the most stressful, awful experience we have ever had with a rental.

Nice, but not LUXURY

This house is quite large, but certainly not furnished as a luxury property. Nor would I call it ‘stunning’. It is stunningly unfurnished. Pictures are accurate as to the lack of furniture and warmth in this house. Sheets and towels are just so-so, cleanliness just OK, kitchen provisions and equipment just OK, I wouldn’t consider the kitchen 'fully equipped’ by any means. For our purposes and the location, this property was fine, but pricey for what is described and actually provided.

Roomy and clean

This house was perfect for our long weekend with friends. It has lots of space to spread out and was very clean. There were a couple of minor hiccups (not enough silverware for six people, a broken chair) but the host promises to get those taken care of - Vince was great to work with!

Very nice property

Super clean and nice space. Be aware that there are stairs to get to the main level though. We had a handicapped person who needed a lot of help. But if that's not an issue, it's wonderful!
