This well-appointed, private house is perfect for all your needs. You will have to pinch yourself as you wake up each morning to the stunning ocean views from most rooms, as well as splendid views of Kona town, including docked cruise ships. You will find yourself 15 minutes or less from most activities - whether you are heading to Kahalu’u or Magic Sands Beach to snorkel, surf, or boogie board, or going downtown to enjoy a restaurant or shopping, or want to play tennis, pickleball or golf. Kona Country Club Golf Course is only 15 minutes away. You are also close to grocery/drug stores, movie theaters, farmer’s markets, Costco and the Holualoa artist village. If you happen to be a traveling doctor or nurse, Kona Community Hospital is 20 minutes south and Kona International Airport is 20 minutes to the north.
Here you are allowed to relax & unwind in paradise. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Make yourself at home with comfortable, high-end beds, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious living room with a new 65" Smart TV to stream your favorite shows, and a large-capacity washer and dryer. Feel free to pick fruits and vegetables growing in the back yard and garden when in season… including lemons, limes, papaya, avocado, bananas, pineapple and various herbs such as rosemary, basil, oregano, and lemongrass.
The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, a 58" Smart TV with Roku, extensive storage in gorgeous wood furnishings, and a recently updated master bathroom with a walk-in shower and bench.
The second bedroom is also comfortably furnished with a King bed and large smart TV.
The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a new Queen bed.
The living room has a large sectional with 2 ottomans, an adjustable desk/table, and a printer/scanner for your convenience.
A charcoal BBQ is available upon request for use in the back yard.
The large storage container on the back lanai houses ice chests and beach gear such as chairs, umbrellas, noodles, mats, and toys for use.
Quarterly pest control and landscaping services every other Wednesday are also included.
