Le Keauhou Kona Surf et Racquet Club n° 4-102 est un incroyable appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée, EN BORD DE MER, entièrement rénové.
Trois climatiseurs split sont installés dans ce logement spectaculaire.

Knutson et Associates Property Management est très fier de vous présenter ce superbe appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment 4. Dès que vous entrerez, vous remarquerez une grande cuisine ouverte entièrement rénovée, dotée de superbes plans de travail en granit. Elle est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, de la vaisselle et tous les appareils électroménagers dont vous aurez besoin.

Le salon ouvert donne directement sur une spacieuse véranda face à l’eau, en bord de mer. Écoutez le bruit des vagues depuis votre petite oasis !

Entièrement carrelé, cet agencement spacieux est incroyablement unique et présente des caractéristiques particulières que de nombreux appartements du Surf et Racquet Club ne possèdent pas.
La salle de bains principale dispose d’une grande baignoire de détente, ainsi que de sa propre douche à l’italienne !
Les fenêtres à persiennes permettent à l’air frais de circuler dans la pièce si vous le souhaitez. Les deux chambres, à l’avant et à l’arrière, sont équipées de confortables lits king size.

Vue imprenable sur l’océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale ! Au total, 4 personnes peuvent y dormir confortablement dans cet appartement de luxe de 1 170 pieds carrés.

Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une résidence fermée composée d’appartements. Elle dispose de trois courts de tennis de niveau professionnel équipés d’un éclairage nocturne. La grande piscine rénovée est idéale pour faire des « longueurs », mais aussi pour les jeunes enfants et d’autres activités aquatiques. Des douches et des toilettes sont commodément situées dans le grand pavillon près de la piscine et des courts de tennis.
L’une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes du Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club réside dans ses nombreux sites archéologiques. Ces zones préservées offrent un aperçu de la vie hawaïenne d’autrefois. Chaque site comporte une description affichée des activités qui s’y déroulaient il y a de nombreuses années.
Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club dispose de nombreux jardins et sentiers de promenade. L'UN D'ENTRE EUX MÈNE DIRECTEMENT À LA PLAGE ! ! Les fleurs et la végétation tropicale y sont abondantes. Plusieurs espaces de barbecue en plein air sont à la disposition des voyageurs.

The unit overall was great, we especially loved being able to hear the ocean while falling asleep. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with the basics, which made our stay comfortable. We did run into a minor plumbing issue, but the property managers were responsive and resolved it during our stay, which we appreciated.One thing to keep in mind is the location. You’ll likely need to drive for most activities, including beaches, dining, and coffee. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, we found ourselves wishing the condo was a bit closer to some of the areas we preferred to spend time in.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a positive experience with the unit itself.

Property was pretty, nice lanai. Wish there had been tv’s in the bedrooms. Towels a little well used. Worst thing was the ants in the kitchen and front bedroom. They got in suitcases and the front bed. Not ideal obviously. Crumbs under kitchen stovetop probably not helping ant situation. In kitchen drawers and general maintenance sty pee smell in condo. We wouldn’t book again.

Great Place To Escape

If you need a place to getaway, relax, enjoy stunning views of the ocean at your footsteps, this is the place. The condo was as advertised, spacious for two couples, very nicely decorated and a great lanai to begin and end your day on. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again if we ever get back.

Beautiful sunsets & condo !

Self check in was very great- nice touch they left the lights on inside for us as we arrived late. Beautiful condo stocked with everything we needed including plenty of beach towels & chairs. The view was awesome- every night we watched the sunset-amazing! Grounds were very well kept and surrounding area was quiet. Pool was great and nice size-enjoyed it every day!

We loved our stay, very nice opening doors while we sleep to hear the ocean and enjoy coffee on in the morning! Clean and stocked. Only complaint was the washing machine left our clothes super smelly.. just needs a good cleaning I think.

Perfect spot

The condo was perfect for two couples. The unit kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was an abundance of towels, hand towels and washcloths. The patio was a great spot to watch the sunsets. The property management company checked in with us to see if everything was okay.

The location was convenient although you had to drive to downtown, but we liked being in a quieter area. The view was to die for and the patio was huge! There was a sweet stray cat who became so close with our daughter while there.
