Perfect location to downtown Austin and the host was amazing. Very helpful and thoughtful. Easy check in and out process and house was well stocked for all your needs ! Great place for a small family to stay and be comfortable. Definitely would stay again

The host was very communicative. The house has all the amenities you need and the bed is super comfy!! Parking directly in front of the house was super convenient. I recommend this property.

Great stay, highly recommend!

My partner, his cousin and her partner stayed here for two nights and loved it! We had a couple of issues opening the pdf with the instructions the day before staying but on the day of check in, I called the number provided and immediately obtained the code to open the door plus it was sent to me in a text as well. The house was cute and clean. It had the basics in the shower/bathroom and kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and the back room had a door to a little back porched that I loved. The house had great AC (very important, it was in the 90s the whole time we were in Austin). We were able to walk to a few breweries (loved Lazarus) and bars. One of the nights we also were able to scooter from the river all the way to the house. It was in a somewhat quiet neighborhood, so that was nice too. If we ever need a place to stay in Austin again, I would definitely consider this house again!
