This comfy, 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath unit in Snowcreek- Phase II sleeps up to 8 and is perfect for your winter or summer vacation!

This multi-level unit is fully-furnished with all the amenities for your mountain vacation. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private washer/dryer are located on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining area and family room are on the second level. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The dining area next to the kitchen has a large wood dining table with seating for 6, and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast bar.
Enjoy cooking at home on the private propane BBQ, located on the deck off of the family room. The family room is furnished with two comfortable couches for lounging, and a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player.

The Master bedroom features a California King bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, as well as a TV with DVD player and a full, master bath ensuite. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a full, private bathroom right outside the bedroom. The washer/dryer are in the hall right across from the second bathroom. Up the second set of stairs, the open loft overlooks the family room and dining area. The loft is furnished with two twin beds, a chest of drawers, and a comfy lounge chair.

You'll have plenty to do right outside your door with Mammoth Creek, several miles of walking/biking/cross country ski trails, Mammoth Creek Park, and Sierra Meadows Ranch within walking distance. Also, just minutes from Sierra Star and Snowcreek golf courses. Just about a mile out, you'll begin to access Mammoth's restaurants, shopping, movie theater, bowling alley, and it's just about 2 miles to the world-renowned Mammoth Mountain Ski Lifts. For warm weather activities, travel less than 5 miles to Mammoth's Lakes basin, including Lake Mary, Horseshoe Lake, and Twin Lakes. Whatever the outing, all of it is within easy reach with only a short walk to the complimentary, town shuttle stop.

Two parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. Parking is unassigned on a first come, first served basis.

Loved the condo. Great location in Mammoth. The only thing that could have been better was the beds were had very hard/stiff bed mattresses. Condo was clean and comfortable other than the mattresses.

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. Beds are one of those things that is VERY personal. Some people like beds more firm, some more soft. One guest will LOVE the beds, and the next might hate them. We do not get bed complaints often about any one property, if we did we would encourage the owner to replace the bed. Nonetheless, from time to time we have a guest/bed match that doesn't work. If that happens for you, PLEASE CALL US! We stock a variety of toppers to help you achieve restful sleep during your vacation. In the most extreme cases, we do keep extra mattresses in storage and may be able to swap out the mattress temporarily for your stay and then return the original after you depart. In 2026, the Oepkes family joined Megan as partners in Mammoth Five Star Lodging, bringing years of hospitality experience serving guests throughout the Eastern Sierra. Together, they share a common vision: offering premier short-term vacation rentals complemented by personalized, attentive service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Originally from Carlsbad, California, the Oepkes family has been vacationing in Mammoth Lakes for more than 50 years, spanning three generations. In addition to their extensive hospitality experience in the Eastern Sierra, the family has successfully managed hospitality operations in both Hawaii and Texas. In Hawaii, they provided full-service short-term vacation rental management for a portfolio of 25 properties, overseeing every aspect of the guest and homeowner experience. In Texas, the family owns and operates a 182-room full-service Holiday Inn, bringing extensive experience in hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management. Their deep connection to Mammoth has grown from decades of family traditions into a passion for helping others experience everything the Eastern Sierra has to offer.
