Nestled in the mountains, this condo is conveniently located near highway on and off ramps for easy access. Ski resorts, hiking and biking trails, and water activities like boating are also nearby. Something to do for every time of the year. Some of the downhill skiing, snowmobiling and cross country skiing in the world surrounds Mountain Green. In the summer months enjoy water sports, hiking, fishing or just float down the Weber river.
Local ski resorts include Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley.
Local water ways include Pineview Reservoir, East Canyon Reservoir, Causey Reservoir, Weber River, and Ogden River.

The space
There are 6 beds (three bedrooms) and a sofa bed (upstairs family room) available

Bedroom 1 Main Floor
Master suite has a king size bed, TV, private bathroom and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 Upstairs
King size bed, walk in closet, and access to the hall bathroom.

Bedroom 3 Upstairs
The bunk room has two full beds, two twins beds a private bathroom, and walk in closet

Upstairs Family Room
This beautiful decorated family room has a 65" TV and an electric fireplace. The leather couch is a queen sized pull out bed. The adjoining game room is a place for the family to gather for fun.

There is an upstairs laundry room as well as a downstairs washer and dryer.

The mud room is an excellent place to store your shoes, boots, coats, gloves and hats.

Kitchen
The kitchen has every thing needed for you to cook up a feast. The floor plan is an open concept that leads from the kitchen to the dining room and living room. The living room is a great place to unwind and enjoy a movie on the 65" TV.

Family room and game room.
The family room is a great place for the family together for movies, games, and the warmth of an electric fireplace.
