We attempted to address the issue promptly by sending a technician, who found that while the dryer was operational, it was less efficient due to a clogged vent. We provided additional towels daily and offered complimentary laundry service, which was declined. We’ve also issued a $400 refund to help make up for the inconvenience you experienced.
