Looking for a cozy hideaway that's not too far from the action? Look no further! Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, this sweet single-level home is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Downtown Vancouver and the Vancouver Waterfront (only three miles by car, to be precise!). Oh, and did we mention it's only a 13-minute drive to Portland?!
This snug little home boasts two snug-as-a-bug bedrooms, one bathroom, and a big ol' living room with a sofa. We've decked it out with everything you need to feel right at home, so you can relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay. And, if you're a jetsetter or working from home, the cherry on top is that it's less than 15 minutes from all the action!
Step into our cozy abode and make yourself right at home! Our two bedrooms are snuggled up with queen-size beds and soft pillows, crisp sheets, and cozy comforters, perfect for a peaceful night's rest. Tired of living out of a suitcase? No worries, our spacious closets have you covered with room enough for all your belongings.
Get your work done at the workstation/desk and comfy desk chair in Bedroom 1!
Our partially updated bathroom shines bright like a diamond, complete with double sinks, a shower/tub combo and high-quality linens, and paper products. Keep your fur looking fresh with our complementary shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hair dryer.
Hungry? Our large open concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a storm or making that morning coffee as it features a Drip coffee maker and as a bonus a Keurig coffee maker! (Bring your favorite coffee pods, we do provide enough ground coffee for at least 1 pot). Travelers tip: The NW is a hot spot for coffee lovers so find your favorites and bring them back. Enjoy your sit-down meals in the dining area with a table that seats six.
After a long day of adventuring, unwind in our living room on our super-comfy chairs, or sprawl out on the pullout couch. (the pullout is TOO small to sleep an adult but a child may fit comfortably) Binge-watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or simply gaze out the window and watch the world go by. There is also a small conversation area with 2 chairs and coffee. The quaint fireplace is a nice centerpiece but Is NON-FUNCTIONING.
We've taken care of all the essentials to ensure your stay is comfortable and hassle-free. Expect to find a washer/dryer and an iron/ironing board readily available.
Get ready to park your ride in style! Our driveway has space for two vehicles, so go ahead and pull in your boat, or trailer, we've got you covered. Plus, if you're the early bird, you can snag a free parking spot right in front of the house! No need to worry about parking expenses here. Space for up to 3 vehicles and a trailer if needed.
Bring your furry friends along on vacation with up to (2) dogs allowed for an additional $50 per pet fee. The yard is fully fenced. Sorry, cat lovers, we're allergic! Please read our Pet Policy in the "Other Things to Note" section before booking and let us know ahead of time if you're bringing a pet. We will then request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept this request as soon as possible to confirm your authorization. We can't wait to host you!

Guests will have access to the entire home. This place is yours to roam - the whole enchilada! Which includes the fenced backyard, and oversized driveway. Plus, you get primo street parking for free. No need to share a thing.

You can also take the SeaBus the passenger ferry that connects Vancouver with north Vancouver, the Burrard Inlet Public Transportation is convenient and affordable way to get around especially if you don't have a car and want to avoid driving. Use the same ticket across buses, and the SeaBus, you can also use the trip planner on the C-TRAN website or Google Maps app to find the best route and schedule for your destination. Biking is another option, especially if you enjoy being active and eco-friendly. There's plenty of cycling lanes and trails throughout the city as well as bike racks and lockers at transit stations and other locations> You can also rent a bike from one of the many bike shops or bike share programs in the city. ~We require full names and addresses of ALL adult guests as well as a government issued ID Verified through Airbnb
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance.
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guests.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear.
