The home was clean, somewhat updated, and was located close to Broad Ripple, which is a hip neighborhood in Indy. However, there were several expected items that were missing and we felt there was deceptive info on the VRBO listing:1. Forced to park on street; the backyard parking was not available due to a padlock on the fence. We would have parked in the back if that option was available.2. Dangerously small and steep stairs to the 2nd floor where the "master" bedroom is located3. 2nd bathroom upstairs did not have a shower, so we had go up and down scary stairs more often4. No Hair Dryer; no oven mitts (we did cook)5. Only 1 comforter in the house; couldn't use downstairs bedroom as a result. It was cold this weekend. 6. The furnace would reset to 64 at night, keeping the house very cold. 7. The home is not in the best neighborhood. We will not stay here again.

Its a great looking house. Our stay should have been great. There a few easy fixes that will probably guaranteed high ratings in the future. The manager/owner needs to hire a better exterminator! We saw many types of bugs, not alot of bugs but a good variety. We think they may be getting into the property from the poorly taped window air conditioning unit. I also say a mouse on the first floor. luckily i was the only one who saw. Had others in my family seen it they would have demanded we leave. One night when we returned to the house from food shopping we were unable to enter the house. Something was wrong with the code lock. I only had an email for the owner so i reached out. I got a response after maybe 10 or 15 minutes which wasnt bad. The house has potential to be issueless but our stay was not that. I have communicated all these issues to the owner/manager but no compensation was offered. I took pictures of the bugs but I will not post...

Family weekend

We were in town for a graduation and loved this little home! It was very cute and accurate to the listening. They provided liens and towels, but we had brought extras in addition to extra pillows and blankets which came in handy as there wasn’t any extra. We enjoyed having the upstairs area but be aware the stairs are narrow! Over all a great experience and would stay again!

Was conveniently surprised by the upstairs bathroom and its total house good use of space. Brought our own weber grill and used the back yard for full enjoyment from 5 till 9 each spring night. No troubles sleeping or relaxing at the property. Would be proud to call it mine. Grocery and conveniences are easily accessible. Great coffee shop out the back door to surprise momma with the next day. Relaxing and satisfying it was.

Quaint Cottage in the City

Our stay was about 4 days for a friends wedding, it was super convenient with travel and wanting to be near enough to Indianapolis but also be able to get to other places!

Long weekend

The property was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for the event we were attending at the Fair Grounds. If we return next year we hope to stay here again.

Nice Location

The location is nice and convenient. Also, main area is spacious and well furnished. The home was not clean and the heat was inadequate, despite several requests. Owner was personally unavailable; property was managed by a real estate office. Difficult to get a hold of during non-business hours. TV and Wifi were available and speed was good.

In town for jazz

This place was very nice, plenty of room, high end touches, great location. Felt safe in this neighborhood, great cafe just a short walk across the alley and very easy to navigate neighborhood and surrounding areas.
