Une des plus belles 2 Chambres Nous avons à Louer!

C’est l’un des plus beaux et des plus décorés par des professionnels, avec deux chambres à coucher et un seul conte dans les villas Legacy. C est à seulement quelques minutes à pied de 4 grandes piscines. Une grande piscine, juste en face de la rue et du club-house principal avec une grande piscine pour enfants avec de l’eau pulvérisée sur le sol en béton ainsi que sur plusieurs tortues en céramique sur lesquelles les enfants montent. Il a également une entrée à la plage et des cabanes de l'autre côté de la piscine. À une courte distance des installations de la salle de bains, du café, du centre de remise en forme avec une grande piscine pour adultes, à l’autre bout du terrain du pavillon. Balançoires gratuites sur l'herbe entre les beaux palmiers sur le terrain.

Le club dispose d'un grand salon avec trois télévisions à grand écran, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et juste en face du café. Pas de serviettes sont fournis afin d'apporter les serviettes de plage de votre condo. Assurez-vous de les retourner à l'appartement ou vous serez facturé pour eux. Ils appartiennent au propriétaire et non au clubhouse!

Beautiful property

We loved our stay in this unit. It is clean, well equipped and had a great location within the complex. The lovely lawn outside the bedrooms is a plus! Will stay here again!

Have been at Legacy before and so know it to be a great location with many wonderful amenities. This property was great - good location, great layout, well furnished, well stocked, very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and fun

This was an extremely attractive community with beautiful lodgings and pools and hot tubs everywhere. First time to the area and the weather was perfect. There are many excellent restaurants within 10-15 min. Checkin was easy and communication was speedy from the time we made the reservation to checkout. Our unit was comfortable, clean, attractive and well equipped.

Two Couple Vacation

Loved the unit. Perfect for two couples. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. We loved sitting on the lawn looking out at the snow capped mountains. The whole complex is beautiful with multiple pools. The Host Company was very communicative and had quick responses. Loved our stay!

Perfect for our needs

Perfect place for us and our two little dogs. Location is great, we love La Quinta and golf. And the area is great for walking with and without dogs. Allie, the property manager was easy to work with and responsive. Kitchen outfitted with a good array of pots and pans, but you'll need foil, ziplocks, etc if you plan on cooking your meals. Overall, would stay there again and again.

Excellent unit and property surroundings - everything was as advertised - great kitchen and other appointments, furniture was well kept and unit was ultra clean and very orderly. Check in process was perfect and the host was immediately responsive to emails and phone calls if needed. The neighborhood was awesome, well kept and very secure. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Palm Springs - very convenient to shopping, golf and restaurants too - really well done!!!! Thank you :)

Relaxing weekend

Quiet resort-like desert location in spacious very private ground level condo/townhome. Very well equipped, easy in and out of secured community, multiple pools to enjoy with sufficient lounge chairs and tables. Fully furnished with professional yet very relaxing decor. Excellent to share w another couple due to interior and patio layout. Slight wear to some cabinets/ upholstery is easily ignorable due to overall cleanliness and interior quality. This one is a keeper!

Legacy Villas is a beautiful property. Our unit was perfect for the 3 of us and 1 dog. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. We parked right in front of our unit. On the negative side, check-in was at 4PM and check out was 10AM. We are used to 3PM/11AM at most places we stay. I know it's only an hour different but we really felt rushed when leaving. Also, the patio furniture needs cleaning. Very dirty. We love to use the outdoor space and had to clean the chairs and table before we could sit down. Overall, a very nice stay. I would recommend this villa.

Great home!

We had a great time at this property! It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The pools were very clean and some had amazing mountain views. The home is equipped with everything you need including the kitchen being fully stocked with whatever you need to prepare meals. The only minor complaint I have is that I had to contact the vacation rental staff the night before to inquire about the check-in process as it was past 10pm and I hadn’t received anything on check-in and we were checking in the next day. In addition, I notified the vacation rental contact person that I would arrive at a certain time and I was told that there would be someone present to greet us and give us the code to enter upon our arrival. We waited a bit over 10 minutes before a gentleman arrived. It would have been great if we were provided with an access code to the home as for us it was an inconvenience as we had kids who had to go to the bathroom. After this, everything else was smooth sailing. We will definitely be back!

Amazing family vacation

Beautiful property in La Quinta. The place was spacious, nicely furnished, very clean, and very comfortable. It's beautifully landscaped around the back patios, which were relaxing spots to spend the afternoon. The pools and fountains on the grounds are amazing. We're looking forward to returning soon.

Legacy Villas

This property is comfortable enough and reasonably well equipped, it is in a nice quiet location but would really benefit from a deep clean and perhaps an update. We found the property to be quite dark and the lighting wasn't great. We love this location and have ben to Legacy Villas before and will certainly come again.

Amazing family getaway!

Since a beautiful location and great amenities. The pools are fantastic and the main pool has a beach entrance just perfect for little ones!! The villa is well appointed and perfect for families with durable furniture and a double master set up. Couldn't ask for more in a family vacation house. First floor location and easy plentiful parking is ideal for the grandparents and toddlers alike!! Will definitely be back again.
