Located just 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 2 miles to the National Park, our cabin is the perfect starting point for all your adventures.

If you prefer to stay in, relax in front of the fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the SmartTVs. Or head downstairs to play a game of pool, air hockey, or foosball in the game room.

Either way, be sure to head outside to one of two decks to enjoy your private hot tubs and rocking chairs

• INDOOR LIVING: Game Room with Pool, Foosball, and Air Hockey. Smart TV in living room above gas fireplace. Small collection of board games, books, and DVDs.

• KITCHEN: Fully equipped, drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots, pans - you name it. You are responsible for your own groceries, spices, and condiments.

• GENERAL: Air conditioning, central heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, essentials

• PARKING: steep driveway that will hold 2-3 vehicles at the top

• The front door has an electronic lock, you will be provided the code 2 days before check-in. There is no need to check-in at an office or property manager.

-- GUEST INTERACTION --
• This cabin is owned and managed by my wife and I, no Property Manager. If you encounter any issue or need anything to make your stay the best experience, we are here to help.
• We are not local to the cabin, but we’re available via the VRBO platform from 8am EST to 11pm EST.

-- SECURITY --
• For your safety and ours, there is a security camera that automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property: It is pointed toward the parking area on the driveway. The camera DOES NOT point toward the spa or any interior spaces.

Guest access
• You have complete access to the entire cabin. The front door has an electronic lock and you will receive and entry code two days prior to check-in. There is no need for a key and no need to check in at a resort common area.
Arrive anytime after 4 pm.

• The driveway can be intimidating your first time up, but if we can do it in a fully loaded Kia Soul, you can too! Go forth and be bold and it'll be easy as pie the next time up.

Other things to note
No smoking or illegal drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group.

Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pets are NOT allowed. We have dogs and cats of our own and even they aren't allowed!

The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

Garbage/ trash must be in bag and inside the trash can.

We do not offer late check out or early check in.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

Please do not disconnect or remove any electronic devices installed in the property.
