Stunning views and great family house

We had ages 8 months to 87. There was plenty of seating and gathering spots indoors and out. The views were amazing upstairs and down. Such a quiet place on the harbor. We hope to return.

Fantastic Waterfront Harbor House

This was our 4th stay at Harbor House and as usual, it was wonderful. The house is immaculate and Craig is very attentive and accommodating. Thank you Harbor House, we’ll be back!

Perfect house for multigenerational gathering

We loved our week in West Falmouth. The house’s location is perfect - scenic, close to beaches, grocery and ice cream, and the house itself is well equipped and beautifully furnished. Loved the kayaks, porch and fire pit!

A charming & delightful property!

We so enjoyed our stay at Harbor House...the sunset from the bathtub, watching the snow fall on the harbor, the ever changing light...just so peaceful. The house is thoughtfully arranged, & so comfortable. Thank you Craig, for a brilliant stay!

Couldn’t have been better!

All of the rave reviews are accurate. We went in March and I loved watching the geese, seagulls, diving ducks and swans in the water. Communication was excellent. Would love to come back in the summer! Very close to a nice beach too.

Fantastic home and lovely view!

Everything about our stay at the Harbor House was fantastic! This home is so beautiful and the waterfront view is breathtaking! It is a perfect place for our family to make wonderful memories! This lovely house faces stunning sunsets which create beautiful reflections in the water! The owners are so nice and accommodating! We are looking forward to returning to our favorite vacation spot in the future!

The Perfect Spot

This property served our family so well over the course of the week for our annual family vacation to Cape Cod. The space was just right, the king sized beds and the number of bathrooms were a benefit. The bike path is just down the road around the corner. The hot tub was a nice bonus and was great after biking all day. We enjoyed the bike trail and everything Falmouth has to offer, but the sunsets from this house can't be beat. We even explored a bit in the kayaks. Private, on the water, and a location close by to everything you need for a wonderful family vacation!

Five Star Stay!

Everything about this house was fantastic It is obvious that a lot of thought and talent went into the design and every little detail of this house The only downside is that we enjoyed it so much that we found it hard to leave when it came time for us to go. The consolation is that we took lots of good memories home with us. Harbor House is definitely a favorite stay of ours.

Beautiful Sunsets

Harbor House feels like a home away from home! We love the location and always look forward to returning! This was our 3rd visit and now we are booking our next stay! We are always looking for wonderful places to stay where I can take sunset pictures and hear the relaxing ocean waves. For these reasons, this is one of my favorite spots! The host made our stay very comfortable! There was great communication and attention to detail. Our stay couldn't be at better and we cant wait to return!

Heavenly!

Wonderful place to spend quality time with family - plenty of room inside & out. Craig was very responsive to one small problem & fixed it. Location was perfect. We were concerned about parking, but that turned out to be ok for 5 cars. Everyone enjoyed the house, location, and spending time together. Would definitely book again.

Second time perfect like the first

As the title says, this was our second stay at the house. The views are top notch, you can’t beat it. This year we used more of the amenities- like the kayaks and the fire pit. The house is well stocked for both inside activities with the two tv rooms, games and puzzles. The kitchen is has everything you’ll need to make a full meal or heat up anything you brought. A great place to stay.

Our Stay at Harbor House

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Harbor House. The property was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and very well maintained. The house was well stocked with everything that you could need plus more. We definitely over packed kitchen supplies not knowing exactly what would be available to use at the property. Craig was easily reachable and responsive whenever we had a question. Our family would definitely stay at the Harbor House, or any of Craig’s properties again (:

Great Getaway

The house is in an awesome location. This was a family long weekend for children in 20s, parents and grandmother. All generations fully enjoyed themselves. We liked the house so much we got take out and ate in the well appointed kitchen each night. We liked that there are various living areas to gather together or have a separate nook. The bedrooms are spacious and the view cannot be beat. We would love to return here in the future. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

Beautiful view!

We returned, once again, to this lovely vacation home with the beautiful view! It is in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to a quiet bicycle-walking trail. From almost every window, we enjoyed the peaceful view of the bay and ocean. The decor is perfect for the Cape! The floor plan is very comfortable for any number of people! We especially enjoyed cooking together in the wonderful kitchen, then having family meals while admiring the sunset over the ocean. This is a favorite place of ours! We are scheduled to return and we can't wait!

Everything about this property was fantastic- the home itself is beautiful, inviting and comfortable, well appointed, and the location is fantastic. Gorgeous water views, a short walk to the local market, and easy access to the walking/cycling trail. Each year our extended family gather to celebrate our father/grandfather's birthday and it can be challenging to find a location that is accessible to everyone, large enough for our family and dog friendly. This year we struck gold- couldn't have hoped for a more perfect place, and the weather was unexpectedly warm and sunny for this time of year. Thanks so much to the hosts who maintain this very special place.

gorgeous house and property- 5 stars!

Harbor House made for an absolutely wonderful multi-generational family vacation in West Falmouth! Grandparents, parents, and 5 grandchildren (ages 1- 7) all enjoyed the beautifully decorated home, fishing/swimming/kayaking in the harbor each day, the hot tub, games on the lawn, s'mores at the fire pit and many family dinners at the big dining room table. We enjoyed bird watching and the incredible sunset from the porch each evening. The house was very well stocked, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the comfortable beds, beach towels and chairs, and easy walk to West Falmouth Market/Village Cafe/Eulindas Ice Cream. Easy bike ride to Chappy beach and the bike path. Wonderful vacation thanks to this gorgeous home and thoughtful host!

Snug Harbor Indeed!

Our family enjoyed a week at the beautiful Snug Harbor home! Our group included my husband and I, our two adult children, our daughter's husband, their 2.75 year old daughter and our family dogs (thanks so much for letting us bring them!). The weather was perfect despite all of the potential for bad weather from Hurricane Lee. Our family enjoyed the kayaks, the hot tub and the yard that was so perfect for flying kites. We also enjoyed the neighborhood (so close to the West Falmouth Market, Falmouth and Woodshole), the nearby beach, and the bike trail. A perfect, comfortable vacation spot -- well stocked with plenty of paper products and access to laundry facilities...and an unbeatable view that will be prominently featured in our Christmas Card this year.

A perfect school vacation getaway

Wow - what a stunner! This property was perfect for our three-family group of adults, tweens/teens, kids, a toddler, and a dog. Our host communicated proactively right out of the gate, answering the few questions we had before we even had time to ask them. We appreciated the flexibility the floorplan allowed for. The home seems designed for multiple groups and uses, with a good mix of gathering spaces and secluded spots. It is also well-stocked with pantry, laundry, kitchen and bath supplies as well as a good mix of games, puzzles, books and movies including many crowd-pleasers. Beds were comfortable (though a note that the twin bed in the single room felt a little short to our teen, who's over six feet -- something to keep in mind if your crew includes tall folk). The hot tub and firepit both saw plenty of use during our February stay. We wished we could have stayed longer as the area, while quiet by summer standards, still had plenty to do (playgrounds, beaches, hikes, bike trail, town, etc.). And, of course, the views from the house can't be beat. Our thanks to Craig for making this lovely home available and for the thoughtful attention to detail throughout. This home really shines. We hope to repeat our stay next year!

While still in high school, I designed and built my first vacation home on Cape Cod. Later in University, I studied architectural preservation, with an emphasis on Cape Cod's famous Shingle Style home. In the early 90's, I began designing and building some of Cape Cod's most iconic homes in this style. Since, my travels around the world have inspired me to fuse the traditional Cape Cod style with subtle international influences and inspirations. My design personality takes advantage of this global perspective to include the finest comforts from all corners of the world. It has become my passion to find clever ways to subtly incorporate these finer influences into the warm and cozy style original to the Cape. Having rented my homes since 1992, I take very seriously my guests' experience. For example, Ocean House in Provincetown (HA 122422) is one of the most loved rental homes on the outer Cape. I am so excited to now open Harbor House, my newest home, for reservation. Don't wait, be one of the first to make your reservation and enjoy the art of living inside this wonderfully beautiful home.

This property is perfect for those who want attached baths.There are three bed rooms with king beds and attached baths. All offer A.C. and room darkening shades for enjoyable sleep. One en suite is on the first floor making it perfect for guest who do not want to climb stairs.(There is one step to access first floor )
