The king bed is comfortable. And it’s in a safe neighborhood and very close to things. I hate to give a bad review and in all the years I have of staying in places like this I only have one other time. But it was impossible to sleep. The owners above us were up late and got up early and it felt like a stampede up there the whole time. It was loud and even with ear plugs we couldn’t sleep. The kitchen also is lacking a ton of things. It only has a ladle. We had to go buy a spatula at the store. There is no whisk, no tongs, no big spoons, nothing to cook with. There was no cookie sheets and I needed some so I did ask the owner if they had some and they supplied them right away which was nice. But there are no mixing bowls. Only 3 plastic bowls. The pans are small and rusted and in bad condition. The kitchen needs to be stocked better so it’s actually useable. There’s no dishwasher so you have to wash everything by hand. Which would have been fine but we were supplied with only one dish towel. There needs to be a lot more thought into what is needed to stay in a space for several days. And if you’re going to rent out your basement you have to be quieter upstairs when they are there. And not invite a bunch of people over and stay up until midnight.

The place was nice, although we did find a particular insect on a daily basis. I would describe it looking like an earwig. I noted in the log the shortage of some basic supplies in the logbook but also mentioned the proximity to WalMart. We made several trips there for other reasons for regular items that we used while there. It was a little awkward moving through the garage to gain access because we didn't want to disturb the owners if we came in too late. But for the price and location and the convenient location it was an overall great place.

A Perfect Home Base

We were so glad we booked this property for our time in the area for my grandson's wedding. My daughter had many things to do for the final preparations for the reception following the sealing ceremony at the temple. The four of us were very comfortable. This is the bottom floor of a split level house and entered through the garage. We had good privacy and lots of room to be comfortable and to accomplish what we needed to for the reception in this location central to local family and stores. The property was well supplied with amenities for our stay. We wouid book this location again if the need arises.

Great basement apartment home!

This property was perfect for my weekend stay. It was well kept and spacious. Check in and check out were easy. Everything I needed was there. Comfy bed, lots of soft fluffy towels, plenty of pillows, lots of storage space, simply equipped kitchen for my simple needs. The full-body massage chair was amazing! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Birthday Trip

Lovely little place to stay. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped with anything you might need and the wifi was fast! The location is incredible - just at the base of the mountains, in a lovely neighborhood near a huge park, and minutes within great food, the mall, and hiking. You have access to the garage which is full of different toys and an entire workout/weights set. Overall a great experience and very worth the price especially if you bring multiple people.

Liked our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities were nice. It would be handy to have a cookie sheet and can opener on the property. We loved the massage chair and had fun watching movies as a family after a long day. It was close to all the places we needed.

Perfect Location

We did a girls weekend with my girls and my sister in law and her daughter. We were visiting my niece at BYU and taking a tour for our other girls. This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was close to the Provo Airport and BYU. There was shopping nearby and places to eat. It was well stocked and had everything that we needed. There was S&P in the kitchen and the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Those are always things I like to know about. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. We have stayed at a couple of places in the area and this was the first one with coffee. It was very nice and clean. I loved having the massage chair. I would definately stay here again.

Loved how close this place was to everything we needed. Would be a great place for a family with small kids! Host was very kind and accommodating. Would add a washer and dryer if possible.

Nice place

It was a nice place, just the right size for me and my children when we stayed for a wedding. It was clean and a great location but really cold, we all used the nice blankets they had around.
