Private desert spa retreat with mineral saltwater pool, year-round included solar pool heating, complimentary gas spa heat, koi pond, fire pit, mountain views, and a resort-style backyard near Palm Springs.

Solar pool heating is included year-round, weather permitting. The solar pool heating system uses desert sunshine to naturally warm the pool, with the best results during sunny days. Spa/hot tub heat is complimentary year-round. Optional gas pool heating is available by advance request during cooler months, windy weather, or for guests who prefer a warmer pool temperature.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for sunny pool days, spa evenings, peaceful mornings, and relaxing nights under the desert stars.

The backyard is the heart of the home. Swim, soak, lounge, dine outside, listen to the calming koi pond, enjoy the fire pit in the evening, or unwind after a day in Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, local mineral spas, golf, hiking, shopping, or festival events.

- Palm Springs: about 20–30 minutes
- Palm Springs Aerial Tramway: about 30 minutes
- Joshua Tree National Park: about 40–45 minutes

IMPORTANT GUEST NOTES

To protect the home, neighborhood, and guest experience, this property requires a signed rental agreement, guest ID verification, and a refundable security hold. These items must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Guest count must match the reservation. Additional guest fees apply after 6 guests. No parties, events, smoking, or pets. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law. Exterior security cameras and a required city noise monitor are present. Cameras are located outside only and do not monitor private indoor spaces or the pool/spa soaking area. Pool, spa, garden, and koi pond maintenance may occur during your stay to keep the home clean, safe, and guest-ready. The garage is not included with short stays. Laundry may be available for longer stays by prior approval.

The house was perfect and communication was spot on from the very beginning throughout our entire stay. The house perfect for our group. We were town working during Coachella and the house was the perfect place to come back to at the end of a long hot day. Quiet neighborhood and the house had everything needed to relax and recover for the next day of installation. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great desert oasis exactly as listed

Had a great stay at this beautiful property. The pool area is especially a highlight and well appointed looks just like the pictures. Communication was easy and check in easy as well. They went out of their way to accomidate our needs. Enjoy this great spot.

Very Zen with a wonderful view of majestic mountains

The hosts went over expectations with a welcome gift to make us feel special. The outdoor space was detailed as there was much space to relax and enjoy. Inside was clean and hosts gave us plenty of ways to enjoy the house as well. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and did not want for anything more.

Unique getaway

We wanted an extended getaway in the desert and chose this home. First, the host is the best. Extremely responsive and has pride of ownership. The home has everything you could need. Very well stocked. Great mountain views and the backyard is everything that you see in the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can have a good night's rest in peace. Comfortable bed (we only used the master bedroom). Just a note that this is higher up than Palm Springs or Palm Desert so it's about 5 to 10 degrees cooler and there are times it's windy while it may not be 15 minutes away. While there are some places in the area for restaurants, most of the shopping and restaurants that we wanted were about 20 to 30 minutes away. The house was very well equipped so we often hung at there.

Local Oasis

I really did like the property, I could say that it's definitely better than the description and pictures much more beautiful and fully equipped. Amazing home, beautiful pool, relaxing spa, extra clean, and my favorite part has to be the bed in the master bedroom. It was so comfortable you don't want to get up. However I must say one flaw. I was not comfortable with the fact that I received 2 messages from the host regarding noise complaint from the neighbors. It was a long weekend with family. We weren't making that much noise and it was early before 10:00 p.m. and again long weekend. You know fun quality family time at the pool of course kids are going to be loud and we're going to have music but I wasn't really that comfortable with the fact that it was brought to my attention twice. I felt like I didn't have that much privacy even though we didn't do anything wrong and I understand they're taking care of their property and making sure everything's respected and taken care of but it didn't feel like there was that much privacy.

We deeply appreciate the feedback from our guests and remain completely dedicated to ensuring that each guest's experience is enjoyable and respectful of their privacy. Unfortunately, during your stay, there were several instances of non-compliance, including violations of our house rules, disregard for noise regulations, complaints from neighbors, failure to adhere to the check-out time, unauthorized hosting of a party, inviting unregistered guests, and leaving behind a significant amount of mess, stains, and refuse. This required extensive additional cleaning, including the removal of unwashed dishes, a soiled barbecue, and food and waste remnants scattered throughout the property. Our property is meant to be a peaceful tranquil retreat, not a party venue. We are fully committed to addressing these issues to ensure a better experience for all future guests.
