Welcome to our Lake House. Located in Jamestown Village at Holiday Shores. Located on the east side of Lake Sinclair, GA. Open lake water views right on the lake. Just a short boat ride to the North water Dam of Lake Oconee and short ride south to the known Crook Creek marina, Oconee Springs marina and Lake Sinclair water dam.
Secluded and peaceful with plenty of land for privacy.
This is our getaway home to enjoy Georgias’ great outdoors.
Bring your boats, Jetskis, ATV or SXS, its a fun way to get around and explore.

You will have access to our boat house dock, Jetski lift and private boat concrete ramp to launch or load onsite.

The open water views are just beautiful and relaxing. There is great fishing right from our dock.
It really is a great area for boating, jet skiing, water skiing and tubing.
There are plenty of deer on our property all year long and oversized flat land to play outdoor sports. The property is over 1 acre. Kids love the open area available to roam around on and the quiet secluded neighborhood for walking or biking. We have several bird houses and feeders. Birds watching is wonderful.

Our cozy 1500 sf home is simple and clean offering 3 bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms. It can sleep up to 11. There is king, queen, full and 3 twin beds. In addition there is a very comfy sofa sleeper with a pullout foam temper mattress.
The open living area has great water views from the couch or dining table.
Our covered patio is great place to enjoy a meal and watching the lake life from.
There is a gas/charcoal/and smoker BBQ grill available to use.
