L'une des premières maisons sur la montagne de ski, ce chalet a été repensé pour gérer de grands groupes. L'emplacement est proche du centre ville, mais assez haut pour offrir une vue à couper le souffle sommet de la montagne. Dormir la nuit sur le roi de luxe et de la reine des matelas Serta présidentiels ajoutés octobre 2016. Vous allez adorer les lambris de bois authentique qui orne de nombreux murs intérieurs et le long couloir et patio dallé pour observation des étoiles du soir. LIVING AREA SUR UN NIVEAU - parfait pour les familles avec de petits enfants ou des personnes qui ont du mal avec les escaliers. Lors de votre séjour au Trillium Lodge ou dans l’un de nos hôtels en été, vous recevrez un laissez-passer pour profiter de 2 piscines situées ici, à flanc de montagne.



Cette spacieuse maison comprend 5 chambres (3 rois, 3 reines - une chambre avec 2 lits queen-size), 5 bains (3 chambres avec salles de bains privées), une salle de jeux avec table de billard, un coin cuisine / salle à manger, un salon séparé avec une cheminée à bois , grand patio en pierre. Tout sauf une salle de jeux et un bain à remous se trouvent sur le même niveau. Chaque chambre dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond et il ya un ventilateur toute la maison dans le couloir.

Nice vacation property. The hottub needs serviced as it varied in temperature. The landscaping around the house could be neater. At least two bears came to visit, maybe more!

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful home! Everything was spotless upon arrival, and we especially loved the layout - having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was perfect for our group. The location was ideal: close enough to downtown Gatlinburg to enjoy all the attractions, but far enough to feel peaceful and private. We were also fortunate enough to see multiple bears passing through the property! The host was incredibly communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. And the view…absolutely breathtaking! We found ourselves soaking it all in every chance we got.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return one day - it truly felt like home away from home!

Great place to stay

The Trillium place was great. We stayed for 5 nights. Each family has their own bedroom and their own bathroom….WHICH is great! AND all on one level. Our teenage boys enjoyed staying in the end room together with their own bathroom and they enjoyed playing in the game room. Several of us enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Planning on returning to this place next year because there is soo much to do and trails to still hike!

Leveled house stay.

The place is great…. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! Every room gets their own bathroom! And the whole house is in one level. Only steps are to the game room and the hot tub. Awesome view!! The visiting bears are a nice added touch.

The house couldn’t have been better. It was very clean and offered everything we’d need. I can’t wait to visit Gatlinburg again.

We loved how the owner had it set up for the amount of people the advertise can stay. Two sets of everything, seating on the beautiful patio, plenty for us. e had issues with the refrigerator that caused problems and wished weekend service was available, but we dealt with it and it was repaired on the first weekday.

Cold in bedrooms and hot in family room at one time. The room with pool table smelled very moldy. Similar to other comments- needs 4 slice toaster, pool cues broken, grill ignition broken. But great floor plan for families with large kitchen and table.

Thanks for the review and we are glad your family enjoyed their time at Trillium Lodge. The thermostat for the central heat and air is located in the hallway, so that does present challenges with the living area. The sun coming through the massive living room areas can quickly overhead the room and the air conditioning cannot keep up. It is best to close the blinds when the sun hits the windows and keep the ceiling fans on at all time. The musty smell in the game room was located in the wall heat/air unit and that has been taken care of by maintenance. The other issues you mentioned have also been addressed and we really appreciate your input. If we can ever assist you while you are here, please do not hesitate to contact the office. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the Smokey Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge very much. The scenery was spectacular and the views from the lodge patio were excellent. There were numerous activities for the entire family, but the mountain trails in Smokey Mountain National Park were the best. However, the Trillium Lodge is in need of a full updating. The kitchen was outdated, the great room was extremely warm (not enough vents in our view), and the carpet is reaching its time to be replaced by hard flooring. We had a great time and certainly plan to love back to the area in the future.

The heat waves we experienced this summer presented challenges for the houses that had large walls of windows. Keeping the blinds closed and the ceiling fans on all the time seemed to be the best approach in the living room. Perfect for Two Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was everything we wanted. We had a few requirements for our stay in Gatlinburg. We needed a big cabin that worked for 10 people, we wanted to be isolated in the woods so we were not on top of another cabin, we wanted to be a close drive to downtown, and we wanted views of the mountains. This cabin gets 10/10 for me on those four. The views of the Smoky Mountains from the living room and patio are beautiful. We loved spending time on the patio in the mornings and evenings. The kids loved playing outside catching fireflies at night too! We saw bears twice--one even got in my friends car since he forgot to lock it! My only complaint is that the back room with the pool table smells a little musty, but not a big deal.

Family Getaway in the Smoky Mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This ranch style lodge was perfect for us with 3 generations staying. 3 stairs to rec room with a door that closed to keep little ones off stairs. The place could use some maintenance. The pool table should be replaced along with 2 of 4 cue sticks. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders! We had difficulty with cooling...it was freezing in back bedrooms and sweltering in family room and kitchen. We suggested the fireplace wasn’t closed when we left and hopefully that takes care of issue. The view was absolutely amazing! We visited Ober Gatlinburg and enjoyed it. The 3 pools were very nice. The stairs going down out back need to be cleared for access. We would have enjoyed venturing out on the property, but not accessible. The hot tob was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything you need. The towel exchange and ability to get additional soaps and garbage bags was a nice feature. The beds were super comfy. The furniture in family room needs to be updated, but it was comfortable.

Thanks for the review and we are glad your family enjoyed their time in the mountains at Trillium Lodge. The things you mentioned as suggestions for improvements have been passed along to the owner and he is planning to make some changes soon. The heat this summer has been brutal! We have found in houses with large picture windows, it is ideal to leave the blinds closed during the hottest part of the day to reduce the thermal heating in the living room and keep the ceiling fans on at all times. We have spare floor fans available at the office to be loaned out as well. Please let us know if you experience discomfort and we will do what we can to make your stay more comfortable. We look forward to hosting your family in the mountains again soon.

Amazing View!

Our Friends all had an amazing time in Gaitlinberg, but some of our best times were at the house! The gathering space and porch had the best view of the fall leaf colors. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom!
