This stylish place to stay is perfect for a group trip. Centrally located! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Amway center and much much more. The Unit was recently repainted and given new floors. All Bedrooms have either a King or Queen Bed with all new furnishings and ceiling fans. Secure covered parking for 2 cars. The Unit is a 4 bdrm / 2 bath Masterpiece with beautiful park views. You wont want to stay here short term, once you visit this unit you will want to move in forever.

The unit is very Spacious! You and your guest will have access to 2100 sq ft of residential bliss> As you enter you will have one master bedroom and an adt bedroom with a queen size bed. Next you will see the large kitchen with granite counter tops, the beautiful dining area, large living room with huge windows throughout the unit so you can see the beauty of Downtown Orlando. The Master and adtl bedroom are located in the opposite side of the unit giving it a Split floor plan feel. Please come check it out for your self!

Fob Access with Secure 24 hour Doorman and Secure covered gated parking. The unit will be adding a 24 hour gym in the coming months and the guest will have full access to the 9th floor where we have a TV and outdoor grill available to guests.

Lake Eola is a Beautiful Neighborhood. Please take the opportunity and walk around the Lake, feed the swans and enjoy people watching at its finest.

Centrally located in Luscious Down Town Orlando! You can walk, uber, scooter or ride your back to any of Orlando's great restaurants and Bars. Experiencing Downtown Orlando's Nightlife is spectacular. You will be able to walk home from The Wall street and Church street bars while also being able to walk to Movie theatre, the Downtown performing arts Center and The Orlando Magics Amway Arena.

Parties are prohibited and smoking is not allowed in the unit.
6 guests can stay in the apartment, with 2 additional guests. (Visitors)

The apartment lacked many basic items no bureaus in bedroom, very few hangers in closet, no closet door, no coffee pot, no can opener or scissors or basic cleaning products, broken toaster, no bedside working lamp, no lamps in living room, one light fixture over dinning table held together with scotch tape, TV remote needed new batteries. only five dining chairs for a six person table. The bathtub had no stoppage so children could not take baths and one bathroom sink would never drain. Very defensive owner who obviously did not care about any of these issues. This was an expensive rental and basic items should have been covered, We were on a very special family vacation and the last thing we wanted to do or had the time to do, was outfit this apartment. We were upfront and polite with the owner.. He did not reciprocate good will. Also, not happy with VRBO.....never responded to my two emails. Would not stay here again and will not use VRBO again. We left the apartment VERY CLEAN

Spacious accommodations and excellent location

The condo was very spacious. Everyone had their own bedroom. The condo is located close to the lake and some excellent restaurants. We all had a great time.

Perfect location walking distance to downtown, Lake Eola and trendy Thornton Park. Very roomy and bright . Highly recommend.
