Parking Instructions: Please park on the right side of the driveway.. The property allows parking for up to 4 vehicles maximum, We kindly ask you do not block any entrances and/or neighboring driveways.

Please avoid leaning on the white barriers on the back deck, as it is not entirely stable.

The required age to book is 25+.

Noise Level: must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighbors. If music is being played after 11 pm, please ensure the volume is reduced to the normal talking level.

Cancellation: The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found violating event rules. Warning neighbors have advised they will contact local authorities for any events breaking local noise and occupancy ordinances & you may be fined and/or removed from the property if found breaking local laws.

Damages: Please report all damages and incidentals so we can properly address, fix, and/or replace them promptly.

This place was incredibly quiet, clean, and very spacious. We loved that the house even had a popcorn machine and a pool table. The location was also super convenient like 7-Eleven and CVS are less than a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

We rented the house to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday in Orlando. The house is conveniently located to everything we had on our itinerary (Leu Garden Christmas Lights, Top Golf, I Drive restaurants and bars, shopping, etc. Publix and restaurants are super close. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We utilized the pool table and popcorn machine in our downtime. The house is aesthetically pleasing with the same vibe throughout. The birthday girl loves all things boho, so this was a perfect pic for her. The house was well maintained and clean. Owners were very responsive to the few questions we had. I would definitely book this accommodation again!

This home was so well cared for and fit our needs perfectly. Our family came to do a gender reveal and from the moment we open the door knew we were in a clean well cared for property. The owners were quick to every question. Highly recommend. By the way, it’s a boy!

10/10!The moment we walked in this house we felt at home. I am a huge clean freak and will say this home was so clean and welcoming. There was so much space and the rooms were huge. The neighborhood was very family friendly and clean. We ended up picking this home because we went to Universal and Disney and it was so close to both as well as the airport. There are so many places to get food that were just a 3-4 minute drive (recommend Publix for your food needs and Starbucks in that drive thru ONLY). The host was was very great with communicating with any questions we had. I am so happy I found this place because I will only be staying here when coming to Orlando. Do not hesitate and book if your in Orlando!
