Beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom lakefront home on 3 acres with private dock for paddle boarding, kayaking(in garage for your use), swimming and more!

Are you a skier? Four mountains to choose from!!
Vineyards, breweries, distilleries, restaurants and more! Lakefront fire pit, two level deck for large gatherings! Extra sitting area with bistro lights and Adirondack chairs for relaxing lake views!
Gas grill and two kitchens fully stocked with kitchenware for the chef in you!!
First floor has an open floor plan with spectacular lake views.
Lake view master bedroom with king bed and master bath with soaking tub and shower. Two more bedrooms with queen beds one with lake view and hallway full bath.
Lower level room has a bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds and main room with a large sectional with queen pullout bed. Large flat screen TV and game table for family fun nights!!!!

We are just home from a wonderful weekend of relaxing, skiing and spending time with family.Denise is a lovely host and her home is not only immaculate but well stocked with everything you will need. We enjoyed making s’mores out at the fire pit overlooking the beautiful lake. We all slept like babies on their comfortable beds and the kids had a blast downstairs with bunk beds and a ping pong/ air hockey table. We grilled steaks on their grill which is right outside the kitchen We didn’t want for anything! I can’t recommend this property enough!

We had a wonderful time together. We really enjoyed the peaceful quiet surroundings, the large spacious deck, the beautiful view over the lake at sunset. The kids had a great time kayaking on the lake and sitting by the fire pit after dark. The pool air \ hockey table was a big hit as well. The house was clean, comfortable and was wonderful for winding down at the end of the day.

Family vacation

Every thing about our stay was phenomenal. The house was perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 5 children. It truly felt like home! We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. The host was fantastic, responding to any questions immediately, ensuring that our stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Lake House Retreat!

We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, exceeding our expectations. The peaceful, private setting, along with the nearby lake, made for a truly relaxing getaway. The view of the lake from the living room was absolutely stunning, and we lost track of time just admiring it. This was the perfect retreat, and we can't wait to come back!

Relaxing Stay in Ancram/Copake

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The kids LOVED having their own space to hang out and we adults loved having OUR own space. The deck was a wonderful place for a morning cup of coffee or tea and a lovely dinner at night. We enjoyed being able to kayak on the lake and watch the deer and bunnies in the yard. There were some lovely hiking areas plus the ski mountains nearby for daytime activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Reno ’s Ancram

The family vacation at this beautiful lakefront property in Ancram truly was one of the best things about visiting New York. The house was spotless, the property pristine. Everything was just as it should be and we loved every moment of it. It was quiet and safe plenty of room for our family of 12. Any communication with Denise, the owner, was second to none…clear, concise super helpful. They went above and beyond before and during our stay, this is MORE than in our favorites. This is our go to place to be when we come to New York. Staying here made our trip to New York an absolute success.

Alisha’s final fiesta

This house was perfect for Alisha’s bachelorette party. The amount of beds and 3 bathrooms all with showers was perfect for 10 girls staying in the same house for the weekend. The whole house was so clean. The kitchen is huge. It was perfect for our taco & margarita night! The pond views from the back deck and living room window were amazing. So much wildlife in and around the pond, huge fish, geese with babies, bull frogs, turtles, orieles. We enjoyed the back deck and fire pit. The pool table/airhockey/pong downstairs was perfect for when it started to rain. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home for Alisha’s bachelorette weekend. We will be back for another girls weekend in the future.

Beautiful location

Very peaceful! Enjoyed spending time at the lake. Nicely remolded. Outlet in masterbath was not useable. Our 1st day there someone came walking on the deck. Turned out to be an exterminator. Wasp problem. We helped him look and didn't see anything at the time, although later, they were back with a vengance. Both myself and daughter were stung at different times. Im sure the exterminator will return, but we had to use inconvient doors to enter and exit and my daughter was scared to be out in that area. Put a big damper on our tripT There wasa

Thank you for the update regarding the master outlet. That has been repaired. As for wasps, the nest has been handled what can I say country life!! My husband and I were aware of the situation and scheduled the exterminator which I informed you would come. He would have addressed it at first visit, however your husband insisted there wasn't a problem. My apologies again for the inconvenience. The other accesses to the home, back kitchen door, stairway from inside garage, second staircase from deck are easily accessible did not think those were an inconvenience.
