☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Great winer vacation!
Everything about our stay at Noble Manor was excellent. Communication was clear with the property manager, check in/out was easy, and the home was amazing in a great location. It was perfect for our family of 6. We had everything we needed for a winter getaway!

Nicely renovated home in old north Colorado Springs. Very spacious home and nicely decorated. Great customer service by when needed. Nice facility for a large family get together.

Family vacation
Had issues with construction being done in the attached unit, workers were going back and forth around the house making it uncomfortable to use the hot tub and the grill. Parking was used by contractors leaving us with no access. Loud banging and tool usage while cooking and eating in the kitchen. The lawn needs much needed attention; couldn’t see the house. Microwave didn’t work. Most likely not renting again.
