At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the elevator situation. Dealing with only a single operating elevator for an entire week is completely unacceptable and makes getting to and from the beach, car, and condo unnecessarily difficult. While the elevators are owned, serviced, and maintained directly by the building's HOA and commercial facilities management rather than individual unit owners, we are actively and persistently escalating this with building administration. We are pushing for expedited service contracts and permanent mechanical resolutions so guests do not have to endure these extended disruptions during their vacations. We truly appreciate your patience, grace, and honest feedback, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a much smoother, five-star experience on your next beach trip!
